I ordered a tray via the app. I assumed it would be really at the time I requested. I had to wait 10 minutes or so on top of the time I waited in line, which was about 5 minutes. Once I got my order, I had to go back and request paper goods that was included with my online order and waited another 10-15 minutes b4 finally getting those ??
The place was crowded but once we got through the line inside and placed our order the food was delivered quickly. The floors were filthy with napkins and sealed condiments all over the floor. There were plenty of workers but 5 of them were off to the side laughing and talking when they should have been cleaning up the area. The service was not the usual Chick-fil-A customer service that I am used to. The only Chick-Fil-A I have been to in 4 states with that level of poor customer service.
Adam here at Chick Fil A did a amazing job helping me with my experience at chick fil a! He needs a raise for the great work he does for the company
Order delivery here alot, great people, quick with deliveries, however I do not like the parking lot when I do go there. Extremely dangerous and impossible to manuever. A good experience majority of the time. Have had hiccups with deliveries before once left it on my car, a couple other times left at door without knocking even though placed hand off in order. However food is always great and deliveries are quick.do wish ththey didnt stop delivering shakes but probably a good reason for that.
Obviously Chick-fil-A is delicious, but they have the absolute worst traffic designs. drive thru always spills into the road causing blockages.

Y’all need to get your orders right. I keep coming through and having to wait and pay again when you don’t get it right the first time. Make sure you completely check your order before you pay. Cause you will have to pay five different times otherwise.
Funny story....I was in line to pick up my mobile order and telling my friend how the country needs to be run by Chick-fil-A and Buccees owners because they are so fast and efficient. I'm in the third line that doesn't (isn't able) go to the drive thru window so they have to bring it to you. As I'm sitting and waiting, people start pulling around me and leaving because they got their food. I'm wondering where my food is because they are typically super fast and it has been several minutes. They came out and said they couldn't find me. Hahaha! I hadn't moved or changed the description of my vehicle. They finally brought out the food. I did get my food. And they were still faster than other take out places. I forgive you Chick-fil-A! I still love you! And I will be back soon!
Always trash stuck up staff and they cause wrecks on s 27th there customers have no idea how to order ahead or park and go inside they block up a whole lane for hours some times. A.p.d won't help either . Slothful and ungodly ❤
This place is always fast and friendly. My food always comes out perfect.
