Was served hard bread.Pita chips served with spinach dip were burned. Hardly any beans at all in the figoli soup. Salad had big Ole chunks of lettuce an wilted lettuce in it. Waitress acted like she did not care to do her job. Never smiled. Acted like she wanted us to hurry and leave as if she had something important to do. Watched other wait staff and they were smiling and chatty while waiting on their tables.
Used drive thru. Used the app. First associates found us and directed us forward. At the window they had the food for the two cars behind us. Asked me to pull forward. I did, but noticed that the next two cars had received their food. So I pulled into a parking spot so folks could pass. I walked up to the window, and another two cars received their food. Finally, they handed me my order with not so much as an apology. The kicker is that we just ordered nuggets, Mac and cheese, a sandwich and a bag of chips. Kinda disappointed as this is one of our faves
What are the chicken strips at lunch. They were old and cold and very dark colored, as in overcooked.I did not discover it until I got my food home.It seems like Chick-fil-A has mastered speed at the expense of quality. I will not be going back to this one
Great service. Even when the drive -thru line is long they make sure you get your food quickly. I appreciate that they have enough staff to take care of rush times at lunch and dinner.
Out of the 2 restaurants in town this is definitely the only one I go to. Not that the other one is bad, it's just always busy. Also, this locations food tastes better, in my opinion.
To much confusion with my order. My 1/2 & 1/2 was just unsweetened. If I'm paying $30+ for a sandwich-meal, 4 chicken strips, and a salad, I expect better. They finally figured out how to put extra spicy chicken on the salad; so, I gave 3 stars instead of 2. All my other visits to this location have been ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I have been going here for years. I don't agree with the companies religious values or views but the food is good and when it's late and I am not in the mood to cook it's easy and so much better than the Mc place. My son loves the food so we don't fight and that's always good for me! The people are amazing here, always kind and helpful!

These guys hit the nail on the head evry time. We always get great service and lots of smiles when we are here. Always glad to visit this location. The food and service are always at 100%!
