Used to be my favorite location, the last two times ive gone its been terrible. The “bacon king” only had 2 half pieces of bacon on it and both times ive asked to add pickles and they never do. Chocked the last time up to a bought of bad luck but two times in a row a month apart? Never going back.
Just got food from here, my wife’s burger was burnt and just sad, and my spicy patty melt was squished and lacking all the ingredients to make it spicy ? y’all used to be good! What happened?

If I could give 0 stars, I totally would. 9 out of 10 times your order is going to be messed up, cold, and unappealing. In every single experience that I've had where my order was wrong (across 6 years!), it's been the same employee running the drive thru. I don't know her name, but the company needs to do one of two things: invest in training her better or fire her.\\n\\nMy wife literally JUST went through the drive thru to get a medium Dr. Pepper, and they gave her a large Diet Coke with no ice. This location is the absolute epitome of incompetence.
If I could give it 0 stars, I would. They never ever ever ever ever get your order right. If you go to this one please check your order before you leave. It’s honestly like they don’t even listen to you say your order. The last time we went I got a whopper I didn’t ask for, and 2 things missing that I DID ask for. I understand this is a franchise but there has to be some standard and there’s none. Burger kind needs to step in or shut it down.

Workers there are lazy and rude as hell. You ask for something and they get mad and take revenge on purpose. Be careful . Hope they shut it down and replace the workers and BK.
