My first time ever visiting this location. I ordered online for a pick up. Pick was supposed to be 6:30pm at 6:47pm a guy told me they have to remake my food cause he gave it to another customer. I now have to wait over 30 minutes for my order to be remade. They when I finally get it my order had pico and cilantro on it when I specified in the order none of either. I will not give this location my business again!It is a Tuesday night, not late, not a weekend, they have tons of staff... no excuse for this horrible experience.
That was the worse burger I had. Been sick since I ate it same with the hubby. He fell in the bathroom because there was water all over the floor. Told waiter and he was like oh well. Told waiter that the Dr Pepper was really carbonated and he said that there was a new bid on there. I haven't been into Buffalo wild wings in 5 + years now I remember why. It's the worse place to eat!!
Everytime I place an online or over the phone order it gets messed up. Then it takes another 40-60mins to get my food.
They take of their customers the right way. I'm a customer and loved it there. Great customer service and very good food. And a glass of beer to top it off. I would recommend my friends and family.
It was fun and sooo funny bcz of My company, but it was horrible service and a rip off ?? Still smh and laughing about it. They tried to give Me a cup of Margarita filled half with ice and charge $11 basically for a shot of patron and some lime juice. They started off bringing him the wrong coke then a Chelada instead of a sangria. Then we never got our fries with either meal, not the one the table nor the combo To- Go order. Lucky We are in the Restaurant business bcz she still got a $10 tip. It was that ugly personality karma hun. Smh but thanx for the compliment on the ID check. ? What's a woman like her doing with a guy like that ? Mind your business, be nice, and give good customer service little girl.
I ordered online at 10:57am to be picked up curbside at 11:40am. I arrived at the store at 11:38 & called the number for curbside delivery. The person on the phone said he would have my order right out. Ten minutes later I called to see how much longer it was going to be and he said it was the next one to come out. I waited 10 more minutes and walked inside to see what was the delay. When I told tthe person I had been waiting 20 minutes she said "bummer, here's your food"I had people on their lunch hour waiting for the food and now we're not going to have time to enjoy the meal. The employees response showed me that they really didn't care about their customers satisfaction.
Payed a little over $16.00 each for two double meat burgers with a side of slaw instead of French fries. What we actually got were two single patties that were smaller than a McDonald’s happy meal burger patty, and, literally, a spoon and a half’s worth of slaw that tasted like funky sauerkraut. We’re extremely disappointed and would never recommend this place to anyone…ever. If I thought it would do any good I’d ask for 2/3 of our money back since we only received 1/3 of what we paid for. You need to add poor quality and lack of value to your available list of criticisms.
Spicy and good! Service is not as good as the food. Maybe y'all can get waited on before we did. 20 min after they sat us at a table. It's ok though. Tomorrow is a new day.
Typical Buffalo Wild Wings experience. You order a drink and you see the bar make 10-12 drinks for only bar patrons, no new seating during this time. Nothing like knowing your appetizer is sitting in the window getting cold while you haven't gotten your drink in 15 minutes. The staff is lazy, and visibly upset with working here. Over vibe: bad; service: bad; haven't even gotten the food at the time of review but I'm already not excited.
Buffalo Wild Wings is a hit or miss place. If there is ANY big event happening, you won't be able to find a spot here to sit. However, other than that, they aren't usually busy. A huge downfall of this place is the food times. It takes a very long time to get any food from here. You can order drinks on drinks before your food is near down. The servers are usually very overworked and don't usually have time to check in on you. The food has always been really good once you get it. The drinks are expensive and not usually very good. They tend to make them differently than normal. The drinks are definitely much stronger than average. It is a cool place to eat some wings and hangout with some friends. It is a very lively place.
