The food and service was 5 stars. I voted 1 star because the beer was funky again. I've advised them of the issue in January, the last time I visited for a game, but I guess it was ignored. The lines, taps, spouts... something needs cleaning that's for sure. Jon Taffer from Bar Rescue needs to inspect the bar to find the source of the beer funk.
Awful place, menu pic and what was actually brought out, it’s suppose to be the Nashville Chicken Sandwich in the bottom left of the menu. My daughter finds a black hair in her wings. Pathetic! Valentine’s Day meal ruined!!! But the waitress was a sweetheart!!!
Drinks were warm, food was cold and very slow. Beer shouldn’t be warm??♂️?. Had to ask for a Togo box immediately so I could just take my food home to heat it up. Very unpleasant experience!
Don't go eat here unless you have a lot of time to spare and don't have plans the rest of your day. We had a group 8 for a parents night out and got seated immediately at 5pm. They finally took our order at 520 and didn't have our food out until about 620pm. At that point we had to get our food to go cause we all had to pick us our kids at 630pm. When we got our food 5 of the 8 orders were incorrect but due to time constraints we took it because we didn't have time to wait for them to fix it. Won't be going back to this location.
This place is great with to-go orders whenever I order. I went to dine-in with some friends and our server Ashley was ok but he forgot fries for my friend's order and then again for the to-go order I got for my wife. Food was still good and I wouldn't mind going back for more.
Came in on a Friday night with four adults and a toddler and we didn't have to wait at all. We got sat in the enclosed patio area on an evening where the low was in the 30s and the heater barely felt like it was on, so we all had to wear our jackets during our meal. Boneless wings were pretty good, opt for fries instead of carrots and celery because it was literally two baby carrots and two skinny celery stalks on the plate; other wing places will give you the whole dang farm if you ask for veggies. Ranch was meh, tasted like Hidden Valley from the bottle but the Chips and Salsa as an appetizer was excellent. Everyone had water and/or beer so it's hard to mess that up. Had wait to eat due to not having napkins or forks because our waitress and the hostess started arguing about other sections being double seated when it really wasn't even that busy, even for a Friday night so our food wasn't necessarily hot when we did get to eat. Only reason why I'm giving it a 4 star instead of 3 is because it was SUPER clean and staff was very nice (minor arguing aside) and attentive unlike our other location in town. Definitely will come back!
Ordered online, relatively easy to do and stated a clear time for pickup. However, when I arrived at the store a few minutes after my pickup time, part of my order was missing and it took 18 minutes to fix. Yikes.Food was tasty but pricey and the staff were polite. Overall there are better places in Abilene, especially for takeout.
It took 2 hours to get our food when other “big tables” came after us. 45 minutes within our wait we got our appetizers that were barely cooked. The manager tried to justify how the waiter neglected us and attended to other tables. She proceeded to be dismissive and attempted to leave the conversation when my aunt was still talking. When we got our food, it was cold. This was my first time coming down here and ofc the black family would be the one to get overlooked.
The service at this place is HORRIBLE. I was waiting on my food for nearly 2 hours without the appetizer. Then the food was cold.
Family of five eating in the restaurant on a Sunday evening. Food was great. Server did an awesome job taking care of us. But kitchen took just under an hour to make our food - then was missing one person's order, which took another 25 min or so... Meh. Probably will just order takeout from Wingstop next time.
