Store was extremely hot. It was cooler outside (86) with a slight breeze than inside. The poor staff. The girl who took our order was really nice. Portion sizes were good. Floors were very dirty.
Wish I could leave 0 stars. The staff has been rude and acts inconvenienced every time we have been to this location. The last time, they handed me a melted scoop of ice cream that immediately ran down all into my lap and my vehicle. It was a disgusting mess. Asked for napkins and told the girl at the window that what she handed me was already a melted mess. No apology, just tried to slam the window closed. So then I asked for a manager, and she said there was no manager. All 3 of the girls that I saw at the window had extremely long fingernails and no gloves at any time. Contacted HR and they said the franchisee owner would reach out- never happened. Don’t waste your time or money!
We bring my kids just about every Friday for the past several months, no issues. Tonight, at 9:58 as we were already finishing up our ice cream, we were told by an employee(we’ve never seen before) that “they were already closed and we were NOT ALLOWED to be in there anymore”. Might I add, several friends of the employees were also hanging out in the lobby, who stayed inside as they locked the doors right behind us. VERY POOR customer service tonight!

Got a two dip cone today form my granddaughter. Dips migHt have been the size of a ping pong ball. Very small cone also. Over $4 for it when a pint is $4.99. Should have gotten the pint. Very disappointed.
Welcome to my Ted Talk !! I love Baskin-Robbins but this one was just a mess from the staff to our order. They're actually lucky we were nice but I still have to write this! We pulled up at the drive-thru and we literally thought it was closed because for like a good 5 minutes no one said anything and many hellos!! Finally we were heard and processed to order..we got 2 orders of the same thing..cool..got to the window to pick up, turns out they didn't have the cone we ordered mind you we had already paid for it. So they gave us a different cone..what's the logical thing to do if you are given a different order and there is a $2 more difference..you get a refund !! but no we were told..they couldn't refund us the money because that's not a thing and they don't do that!! whaaaat! what is that mean..its our money and they shouldn't take an order for something that doesn't exist! period! so yeah they stole our money and gave us something we didn't evern order!! Just wrong on so many levels ! Do Better!!
Staff incapable of getting an four item order correct. Had ice cream running down the sides of a milk shake that was over filled. The selfsame shake tasted nothing like a strawberry milkshake....should have went to Sonic and next time I will.
Obvious trash. Ordered a Father’s Day cake. Paid for it. Went to pick up the cake all for staff to inform us that that don’t have the cake and have a 48 hr notice and we called 36 hrs in advance however they didn’t inform us of this and gladly took our money. Way to go Ableeeene and your pitiful service industry.
The staff at Baskin-Robbins were very attentive in making my daughter's milkshakes following her tonsillectomy. I asked that they use their machine a little longer than normal so that they were extra liquidy and both shakes were made perfectly!
