Waited 15 minutes in the lobby with nobody in front of us before even being acknowledged. I counted 6 people working so “short-staffing” can’t be cited as the issue. Gabby continued walking by without even saying she’d be with us in a moment. Apparently, the drive thru is far mor important than people that actually took the time to come in. Don’t bother with this place
I think people don't stop and think about the workers here.. 90% of them are teenagers and no they don't always get the orders 100% correct but they are trying and they are working and most of them want to make you the customers happy and they will sit and talk to you while we make your food so you don't have too..... I think these kids should get more credit then you bad apples give them....
whenever i order from here they are always so kind to me. absolutely makes my day. sweet girl w/ brown hair and glasses in the drive-thru said i was pretty tonight after a very rough day & made my experience with Wendy’s all the better.
I just went through the drive through, got a #6 spicy chicken sandwich meal and a jr cheeseburger deluxe. Get home and what do i have, a jr cheeseburger deluxe... and a godamn 'nother burger; where tf is my spicy chicken sandwich which is what i wanted most smh.....
I went through the drive-thru and ordered. I checked my food and the order was wrong and item was missing. I went inside to show. The sweet lady up front corrected it. Very good customer service she has. My rant is for the ones putting orders together they need to take a step back and make sure the orders are correct before it's passed through the window. Its very irritating to pay for something and not get what was ordered.
Staff always so friendly and food is always hot and fresh. I’m there frequently and usually never have to wait for long . Would recommend this restaurant specifically to anyone. Great team here who provides excellent customer service!
For what I ordered I did have to wait a little while but I did order the family nuggets so not really a big deal. Nuggets were hot and fresh...obviously. The fries were sub par though they were kinda hard and not fresh or hot.
Who ever manages this place needs to be fired. Super inefficient, both the place and employees look dirty. Maybe 5 cars in line and it probably took 45 mins. Half the employees are out sitting on the curb during break next to the car line, not a good look. Take a day off and go order food from chic fil a to see how you should look, act and operate. I dont care if you work fast food or at a fortune 500 company, take your job serious, look half put together and hustle.
Have to love a place that has ZERO signage on the doors that lobby is closed until 11am then gives attitude when you ask about that at the speaker. No wonder these people work fast food.
I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED IN WENDY'S BECAUSE THEY TOOK AWAY THE JALAPENO POPPER SALAD. WHY WOULD THEY TAKE AWAY THINGS THAT PEOPLE LOVE. I WOULD PURCHASE 6 AT A TIME WHEN I WENT THERE. I WON'T BE GOING BACK THERE SINCE THEY DISCOUNTIED THEM!! IF THEY BRING IT BACK I WILL BE BACK BUT UNTIL THEN I WON'T. THAT WAS MY FAVORITE THING TO GET FROM THERE.
