They actually ask what you want and not serve you a hot latte when you want cold latte

Currently here at 8:25 p.m. and the staff refused to serve us when the sign clearly says open until 9p.m.

Ok. Slow service
This is my regular go to Starbucks. It was the day after my birthday and I didn’t know your bday reward had to be used by the date of your birthday. The gals gave me my free drink anyway and totally made my day! Thank you so much???
Kennedy was super sweet and made me a wonderful drink. Her customer service was excellent. My little sister also absolutely loved her drink.
Good baristas and Mark the manager is super helpful and nice
