EVERYTIME I get food here, there is a problem. Today, was the final straw. I won't be back. First of all, I ordered ahead and still waited 10 minutes to get my order. Then I was informed that they NO LONGER SERVE CHICKEN! WHAT!? I asked for an extra kids cup and I was informed I would be charged for it....okay. But then 15 minutes later, after a rude response from a server, to my second request for the cup, we left frustrated. Only to find out, when we got home, that the order was horribly wrong and was mostly fed to the dogs. This is a very poor representation of their franchise.
They are awesome with orders in person, not so much with online orders. Every single online order has been messed up. This time, foot long cony dog, cheese fries and popcorn chicken where missed. Caught one of the 3 missed. Personal grievance- Really not happy to need to drive somewhere else to get food for kid again. That Sonic is not close to where I love, so going back isn't an option most of the time.
I got a sausage, egg, biscuit there. I did not know they had biscuits. It was better than any fast food place I have tried that.
Sonic is currently my favorite fast food place. The half price drinks in the app are going to give me diabeetus, but can't stop getting them. Someone help me!
I work close by. We get drinks from this sonic everyday. We normally spend atleast $10-$15 a day just on drinks. I asked for a refill on my tea today for the first time in months and I was told they don’t give refills anymore. They told me I would need to buy another drink. We won’t be getting our drinks from here anymore.
I have went to this spring hill sonic at 9:45 at least two times and they have been closed before 10 pm due to labor and the fact that they were slow. It should not matter if you are slow because kroger and other restaurants do not close because they are slow. It is very frustrating that I have had to drive to Franklin to get what i want.
They accidentally brought me the wrong order, and fixed it quickly with no fuss.Food is always fresh.As good as it gets for fast food.My only complaint is I eat too much when I go, but I think that is mostly my fault.
Food was up to par for a chain, service was good . I took a star due to orders being wrong a few times after making sure it's right on the screen. I don't have ti.e to wait on them to fix it over lunch, so that turns a treat into a bummer.
Best pretzel of anywhere. I love Sonics pretzels more than Auntie Anne's even.
im salty because the other day i went, wanted the patty melt but the lady there said they dont sell it anymore. yet it’s literally on the app and plastered all over sonic. if you dont have the stuff to make it just say that, instead of lying and saying you dont sell it anymore.
