Soooo excited to have my first gluten free burger for the first time in years! They have gluten free buns, ($2 extra and a bit dry but that's no surprise) impossible burger patties and veggie burgers! So many options for burgers to appease allergies and dietary needs. Even suggestions for how make your burger vegan and salad options and more! Can't beat bottomless fries, sauces and drinks either. The fries were neverending goodness like always. Our waitress seemed a bit tired and the floors were disgustingly sticky but we were waited on and received food extremely fast. For some reason there was barely anyone there on a Friday at lunch time but it worked out great in our favor. My husband and our 4 kids all had delicious meals. It's too bad it's so far from our house. The highchairs still had food on them from the previous kiddos so I suggest bringing wipes like I always do but overall very pleased with our visit.

So Stinkin Good!! our server Skylar was a doll and very attentive. i got the Royal red robin burger with lettuce as the bun and made it a double patty and was the best burger ive had in a long time in Spring Hill. very refreshing! side of brocolli too and it was steamed perfectly! cant wait til we go again and draw on the chalk board c:

The biggest and best thing to make a great restaurant is not only great food but is is an outstanding server like Skyler! A very bright bubbly server is leaving this location and with a heavy heart I am heartbroken she leaving but at the same time crying tears of joy she's is reaching for her dreams she will reach for the Stars and become bigger than the universe.

We a (party of seven) just finished a fine experience at the Spring Hill Red Robin despite warnings of major understaffing. Skylar delivered smooth, gracious hospitality amid complicated orders and many other tables to juggle. She even sat down to help us access the online allergy guidance menu. All in all we had an exemplary experience. So many of the reviews here portray a place loaded with great food but undercut by uneven service. We found that the best of both worlds can come together and recommend giving this savory and fun venue a try.

Food is great but there has been a very steady decline in service. Place is empty everytime we come in now and still at least a 15 min wait, even for the bar area.. we started only coming here once every couple of months now and it was atleast twice a month.

They are offering burgers that made them famous again. They started down hill path years back when they went to their Tavern burgers (wasn't a fan) and we stopped going when their menu started to suffer. We used a gift card so we decided to give them another try. The front desk staff wasn't dressed properly (couldn't tell if they worked there or just came in from a long day at the lake) wearing a mask that declared their pronouns. We were seated quickly but it was 11:30am so there was only one other couple. Our server was attentive and seemed well trained. Our orders were brought out without issues and the Whiskey River BBQ Burger was like it was when we were regulars visiting their chain of locations (they use to be very consistent in every location but I don't expect it now). The main issue we have now is the cleanliness of the restaurant in general. The table tops were sticky with a few bits of dried up shredded lettuce and bits of what ever. The floors needed a deep cleaning and me wife indicated the bathroom was a mess. All of this was 30min into opening so what did the kitchen look like? We really don't see this location packed anymore so we aren't sure if it's just due to the times we are in or that there are more options available now. Disappointed in the overall experience but decent BBQ sauce.

They have the best onion rings ever!! The burgers never disappoint either.

This place is a complete rip off....I paid$15 for a side salad and a side of fries....not even endless fries and a tiny salad with 3 croutons and 2 cucumbers... that's 7.50 for half a potato of fries that weren't even that good and 7.50 for some lettuce....my friend got a burger and cheese dip for $2 more....it's gourmet burgers not sides!... This place is way overpriced for not that great of food... they have lost my business and anyone's I know forever

Awful ordered one of the tavern burgers. Had nothing on it that was supposed to be there. Customer service is dead now. Just the way it is. So I’ll stay with the restaurants that are tried and true. No more venturing out for me. And of course it was 20 minutes past the stated pickup time.

Got here at around 6:35 and waited a few minutes to be seated.. no problem it’s ok. sat down at a nice table then NOBODY came we sat there for like 15-20 minutes. No acknowledgement from the wait staff. No drinks, nothing! As a food service worker, this is unacceptable, and i try to never leave a one star review. This was such a bad experience that I had to.
