3 consecutive times had to wait 15 minutes at drive through for wing dinners. African American Girl taking order was rude and totally unprofessional. Obviously needs new management . This 3rd time was approximately 6:00 today. So manager should be able to see who was on staff. Reprimand, counseling first. If she continues to be rude to customers I would suggest termination in order to keep your customers.
Sent in an $80 app order for a family meal. Sent the app order in an hour before pickup. Showed up and not only was the order not ready or made, they told me they didn’t have the chicken tenders I ordered. The drive through server was so pleasant and contrite, but when I asked to see the manager, this young rude guy stuck his head out of the window and told me we were out tenders anyway so you weren’t getting your order to begin with and shut the drive through windows. I will never eat here or any other Popeyes again after this horrible experience. I rode just a short distance away and KFC handled my order perfectly.
I will never return. $20 down the drain. Restaurant was disgusting. When I advised about the drink spill right where we stand to place our order, we were told a door dasher had dropped it. Guess they felt they didn’t have to clean up. Fries cold and horrible. My husband ordered a fish sandwich. We both ended up throwing our food in the trash and walking out. Worst experience with customer service, cleanliness, and quality of food. So disappointed.
The past few times I’ve tried to order, no one ever came to the window. I’ve seen cars in the parking lot so I assumed workers would be there, but this has happened every time I’ve tried to order from here.
Horrible! Just horrible. Drink spill on floor and made staff aware. They didn’t careZ. Fries cold. Sandwich a complete mess. No one dining in restaurant and I see why now. Too bad for the prime spot in Spring Hill. Worst condition of fast food ever! Never coming back.
Ok look I know things can get pretty hectic and insane at this location but do your best when we ask for extra items or food. I was in the lunch line today and wasn't to terribly busy and asked for an extra small french fry which I didn't get nor did the attendant ask if I wanted anything to drink. So please make sure to ask for drinks should certain combos don't come with it and listen for those extras. Oh by the way since this 6$ box has made a come back please put at least 2 sauces in with the order this one small container just won't do especially as big as these tenders are.Thank you.
The worst service ever I wait a few months and try again and either food is awful and the employees are the rudest people to encounter I spent 50.00 on Wednesday February 16th and we was treated awful they was rude at the speaker and window like they all hate their jobs didn’t give receipts so we could check our stuff when I questioned items I didn’t get we was brushed off and the girl walked away worst Popeyes ever

Dining room closed...eating fried chicken in the car is a mess!
Pleasantly surprised! Great experience.I ordered a sandwich meal. At first, the chicken breading was a smidge soggy so I asked for a replacement which they quickly provided. They even threw in an apple pie for the trouble. Everything was hot and fresh! Sandwich was crispy and juicy the 2nd time around. Cheerful service too. No complaints.
