placed an order tonight , said it would be ready in 15 mins.. while my husband is waiting in line for 40 mins get up to the line and they don’t have my order ssid they are out of dough, pizza, everything..like what? soo i call and now i’m on hold for 10 mins. Phone ed 101 before placing someone on hold allow them to say yes HORRIBLE SERVICE all around
While I can't speak to delivery Issues I will say that pizza was hot and ready for pick-up at specified time. Good Job folks!

I ordered my pizzas at 10:18am to have ready for pick up by 5. My pizzas were not ready by then and my ticket was lost. The worker gave me 3 free pizzas and said they were a pepperoni, cheese, and meat lovers. When I got home I discovered that they were all 3 pepperoni.
I placed an order through the website for a delivery. Order was pretty simple. Received a call shortly after placing the order informing me that they could not/would not be delivering that I would have to go pick up my order. Also that half the items that I had ordered was out of stock. The associate was very short with me. I ended up canceling the order because of these reasons on top of the fact that she didn't mention anything about taking the delivery fee off or the tip for the driver. I understand that I could have just went and picked up my order and made another stop to get the items that they were missing from my order. But the whole perk to ordering is delivery. Also if you are out of items in the store then maybe consider putting items as out of order. I ended up ordering from a different pizza place instead of at Pizza Hut.
I placed an online order only to have an employee call and say they couldn't deliver. She said it would have to be picked up or canceled. No apologies, just rude. I asked if the fees would be refunded and she told me once the order was changed to pick up in the computer that the fees would be reversed. My daughter picked up the pizzas and they gave her the tip in cash and it looks like i am still on the hook for DELIVERY FEES. I am still waiting for the charges to come off my card. This is not the first time this has happened. They are making money off charging your card for delivery and then not delivering. Try fox's, domino's, anywhere but this place. These people obviously don't care and it shows.Update: My debit card was NOT refunded for the delivery charge. Beware of this particular Pizza Hut.
We ordered 4 personal pan pizzas, 1 stuffed crust pizza, and an order of cinnamon bites. Paid for the order and completed the transaction. Only to be called to stay that they were out of personal pan pizzas and stuffed crust! Not a good evening for hungry family of 5!
Most of why I ranked this was from past experiences. This one was actually excellent. We do not order pizza but about every 6 mo. It was an awesome one!
