Cancelled my drink club and stopped going to this Panera months ago because of consistent inaccurate orders. Decided today to try them again. Same old Spring Hill Panera. Missing bacon from sandwich, cheese added when specifically ordered NO cheese and avocado all over the sausage sandwich when I didn’t order it. Kinda nasty. Ok so I will stop visiting again however, they owe me $ for the missing bacon don’t they? Ha
We visited last night, we always get great customer service and good food. But last night I got the Chipotle chicken flat bread and the last piece had a long stran of hair on it. Please wear hair nets. I hope to God that was the only slice that had hair on it.
The service here at this Panera is incredible. The employee Sarah has the best and funnest attitude and brings all the southern charm. I will be back.
Enjoyed the entire experience this afternoon. Broccoli cheddar cheese soup and Asian slaw from the pick 2 menu. Hubby had the Margherita Flatbread pizza. Fresh, fast, delicious!
I placed my order at the counter to go, Sara at the Spring Hill location was personable and helpful. It was an order to give to my daughter and her family, they really enjoyed the food!
Placed a delivery order for a group soup. Got a soup that serves 4 with a hair in it and 1 piece of baguette… I tried calling the cafe 6 times and each time the call was disconnected because it rang for too long with no voicemail. This is extremely disappointing, wouldn’t recommend this experience to anyone.
So the food tastes fine, but their portions are so off if you get takeout! The soup cups are sometimes only half filled (see pic) and the sandwiches barely ever have a normal amount of meat or toppings (see pic). However when you eat in the portions seem to be okay. Just be really wary when getting takeout!
This Panera can't seem to be consistent. I've had good food and I've had barely acceptable food.I think my biggest problem is the drive through/curbside staff. I've made orders that had the whole meal changed because they were "out of my ordered item" but workout telling me.The number of wrong meals or missing items in the meals is probably at 50% of the time. I think McDonald's has a better ratio of getting it right on drive through.Eating in is a different story, almost like a whole different restaurant. I've never gotten wrong food or missing items in store.
Salad container was 1/2 full and price was wrong after a 15 minute wait at the drive up window. I actually parked and went inside to get a refund. Not sure I’ve ever done that before. The service has always been bad, but this was next level.
Very disappointing. This place used to be pretty good but not so much now. The woman up front talks too much, clowns around too much, comes in only when she feels like it. Megan in the kitchen also the caterer is always yapping about herself...can hear her a mile away, she looks sloppy, bad attitude...was rude to my mom recently. Fortunately, Vicki, Kushaul, Kara, Evelyn and Kendall keep this place afloat.
