I have been here a lot needless to say. Every time its been excellent. However tonight was not their best. I tried to order multiple drinks and apparently they were out of a lot of alcohol and ingredients. No Italian Margaretas of all things!? They did have a blue drink but it was weak and not very good. My wife order the Shrimp Carbonara. Her pasta was half tender and the other half was made up of hard old noodles. When pasta is old it gets hard. That's how this was. My tour of Italy was good no issues there.(I've attached a few photos of what the hard noodles looked like.)

I have never felt more rushed out of a restaurant than here. Within 6 minutes of receiving our food and still eating the waitress abby may comes over and gives us the bill and brings boxes. I said we were not done eating and she said we have to clear the table for the next guest. I was too disappointed at the time to talk to a manger that I just paid and walked out. The food was also cold and wasn’t like it normally is. I will be going to the Franklin location instead.

We had such a great experience! Our waiter Wade was so thorough and well aware of what our every need was when it came to water, bread sticks refills and was so kind to us. Our food was so fresh. The salad was crisp and not over dressed, and my seafood alfredo was so delicious. My husbands chicken and shrimp cabonara was also delicious! Wade recommended both of these menu items and we were delighted they were a hit! All staff was pleasent even the bus boy came over and was kind enough to say hello a student of mine and was such a delight and very well mannered. We will be back! ?

As a Pasta Lover I love when I get to have some Olive Garden! Its not authentic Italian so if thats what you are looking for head somewhere else BUT the food is still fantastic here! Be sure to get The Alfredo Boat for dipping your endless breadsticks in... you wont be disappointed!

Excellent Celebration Experience! We had the never ending soup and salad and it was excellent. The salad is always delicious and the Zupa Tuscana was on point. The Gnochi was a bit sweet, which was not to our liking. The breadsticks and Alfredo are delicious as well and the meal was not terribly expensive. The server was very attentive, polite, and even gifted our daughter a free dessert to celebrate her getting her permit! Fun!Overall, great experience. Highly recommend.

Andria was extremely rude and messed up our order. Not only did she mess the order up, but she got defensive when I kindly pointed out the order was wrong. Not to mention we didn’t get drinks and salad for the first 30 minutes of our visit. Definitely will not be back.

Awesome, tasty, and clean. Great staff. We felt as though we were in our living room. One of the best Olive Garden restaurants in the area.

Our server did a good job, and we tipped her well. However, the food is now only mediocre, and the prices have gone up considerably. Olive Garden is no longer my/our favorite place to go for Italian.

Aubry B., was our server, and she was GREAT !!!!!The restaurant was very clean. The hostess told us it was going to be a 45 to 50 minute wait for our valentines dinner, before we were seater. We ended up only waiting 30 minutes, so that was a wonderful surprise. Everyone was extremely friendly.Napkins were non existent at the table. I'm not to crazy about wiping my hands on the silverware cloth wrapper as a substitute for a napkins, so I used the butter infused napkin that came with the breadsticks. My hands were kind of dry, so so that ended up adding moisture to my hands...lolThey had a tap and pay touchscreen pad that we used at the end of the meal to pay, that was very convenient.

We did curbside pick up this time. The girl was super friendly even though it was 25 degrees. We have always had friendly service here.
