Place is never open during hours you would expect restaurants to be open. I called 25 minutes before arriving at 11:45 and they said they’d be open til around 10pm. When I get there an employee is locking the door saying they are closed. A few days prior they were closed by 6pm. I get we all are facing staffing issues trust me I know but with the known staffing issues we all have you should make sure your restaurant is open for business during the hours that would normally be your peak hours. That’s where you’d make most of your money and satisfy most customers.
Came in for lunch on a Sunday after church. Only teenagers were working, but despite a busy crowd, they crushed it. Food was EXCELLENT & they were very professional and efficient employees. Really impressed!
Had dinner here on Friday night. Place was a little busy, but not bad. Food was awesome. They had signs up to recognize that many of the staff was new and still learning but I thought they did a great job. I had a bowl with the Adobo chicken and it was delicious. Good value here for the portion size.
Great Moe’s! I always get the nachos and they were very yummy! I accidentally ordered my pick up to the Brentwood Moe’s and the manager at Spring Hill was nice enough to cover it for me! Highly recommend them. Great service and good food! Always love me some Moe’s nachos.
Great food, app didn't work, busy, reasonable price, one minor missed item on order. Overall we were satified, I'd go again.
DISGUSTING all around!! The extra queso we paid $4 for was missing. The rice in the burrito was so undercooked, it was like trying to eat gravel! But the nachos were the worst! The chips were so stale there was no crunch left; they were rubbery. And there was something on the nachos that was distinctly on the verge of going bad. Totally inedible. We called but the best the manager could offer was remaking both orders. Like who would want another round of that. No refund. Sorry. Never ever going back to this place again. ?
The food is very clean and consistent in this location.
Used to be one of my favorite restaurants in spring hill, now I can’t seem to get a good meal. It doesn’t seem to matter what time of day it is, or how busy, my food is always cold. Don’t waste your time or your money.
The food is always delicious and the staff are friendly (Especially Dalia, she is amazing!).They are also super quick so I don't have to stand in line forever, even when they are busy. Definitely a must try ?
Went in to get dinner after work and was refused to be served for not wearing a mask. I told the lady I was medically exempt and could not wear one but she didn't care. Moe's will never get my business again. Not cool that medical conditions and medical freedoms are not respected. If you value medical freedom I strongly encourage you to get food elsewhere.
