Worst meal. My fish sandwich looked like someone had thrown it in the box from across the room. My daughter's crispy chicken sandwich was disgusting. Bun was burnt. Chicken looked like it had been made last week, over cooked and microwaved. Nothing crispy about it. There were 2 others at the counter because they received wrong orders. There were plenty of workers but they didn't seem to care. Gives McDs a bad name. Won't be vack.
If I could give this location negative stars I would. My niece was wanting to eat here last night so my mom and I took her there. Mom's sandwich looked as if it was thrown together in the box. When she went to ask them to make it correctly she could hear them ridicule her. So unprofessional! Mine was burnt and probably under a heat lamp all day. So be for warned if you plan on eating here. It's a waste of money.
I am a frequent mobile app user of McD's. This location in Spring Hill, across from The Crossings on Main St., seems to be hit or miss on service consistency. However, I have noticed a change for the better over the past few weeks. Consistency has been the feel when I make my mad dash through the drivethru and its been for the better!
I got the fish and fries and both were very good.
Food always fresh, wait is never long, this location does everything as expected! Would definitely recommend if you need a quick meal
Worst McDonalds, I live near here and stop in when I need a quick bite. They constantly screw up the order, wrong items or missing completely. You want 15 an hour figure out how to bag to items in a bag that match a screen and heaven forbid it be hot food.
Once again I drive through on my way to work and don't get my full order. This is the third time it has happened and I cant even get them to return my calls! I started to go to sonic instead
The family and I pulled up asking for ice cream (machine not working) anything salad ( not serving that at this time) anything chicken BBQ (no longer serving) and instead went to chipolte.
After doordashing all day i pulled thru to being the hubby a bug mac & whether here for deliveries or self, staff is always very friendly, very clean and curtious. I worked for mcd's yrs ago & can tell all are trained well and following guidlunes.
Perfect coffee. 2 cream. 8 sugars. You be surprised how many locations can't get that right.
