Really??? The last three times I ordered a To-Go Order, I have had to either drive back to the store or complain to the manager because I am missing anywhere up to half of my order. Went in today and was still not happy with the service, checked my order in front of the staff and notice I am missing two bowls of soup. I say something to the clerk and get "That sounds about right, let me get those for you."Where is the QA? It's not that hard to confirm 5 things ordered, 5 things in the bag. Today is the last straw with this location. I ordered 4 bowls of soup. Every, single, one of them was filled up halfway instead of to the top. Either I got 4 CUPS of soup or they've updated their portion size to ridiculously small for $6. Not coming back to this location and I warn anyone else to check their bags on pick up orders, especially if you're like me and have a 40 minute drive, one way.
2 half sandwiches and drink for $25, they charge you full price for a half sandwich. We got the pick 2 for 8.99 and then half a chicken sandwich and a med drink ended up being $26.....The hell is this price after asking the cashier she said they charge full price for half sandwhich. Management get a grip on your employees over charging for tip sake....
Sad to rate McAlisters a one star but this location has horrible service. Long wait times, short staffed, cannot place an online order for convenience at this time, and out of favorite McAlisters items. I have given this location several chances and the service just gets worse. So confused regarding the online ordering. I was trying to place a $200 corporate lunch order and simply could not.
Got take out - four cheese sandwich was not toasted and had no tomato - nothing but cheese. Club sandwich left out the bacon
Food is good! People are nice. But, whoever does the ordering needs to get some lessons on how to order enough. And ordering takeout and have no utensils to go.
They were closing an hour late, and we got there and I ordered a salad… my dad ordered a spud,ok we told the girl it was to goSo we got our food and the same lady we got our food from along with some other ladies told us, “oh sorry we don’t have forks but if you want to stay here we can give you one of our silverware.” I got so made she said this!! The place was closing an hour early and STILL ran out of forks!!!
I’m a regular at this location (always early) best place to get lunch around. However having staff has been on a continuous decline.Message to owner: strongly consider raising wages, managers have been taking my order for 2+ months and don’t have the help they desperately need. There is 1 person running the front AND back right now.
Worst Mcalister's I've ever been to. I keep giving them more chances but they always seem to mess things up. Everywhere from wrong orders, waiting 45+ minutes for 1 sandwich, rude service, to the high school boys in the back coughing in their hands while making food....help yourself and choose somewhere else to eat.
They can make me a sammich anywhere and anytime! The Angus club is delicious, and my young child can eat the Mac and cheese side for lunch that's included with the sandwich.
Great place to grab a sandwich or jumbo potato. Some of my favorite lemonade and sweet tea in town.
