I enjoy Long Horn restaurants across North Georgia, Tennessee, and South Carolina and the Spring Hill, TN location stands out and above the rest. I like to get the Salmon, and unfortunately it came out a little crispy. Does that make Long Horn a bad restaurant, no, because every restaurant will make mistakes. It was promptly taken back and corrected. My old plate was left to snack on and I was given a a fresh full new order. No questions- no attitude. Friendly service from Ms. Kelsey. Give her a raise!

Our group of 16 ladies showed up for lunch today. The staff was very accommodating, seating us all together promptly. Professional, thorough, stellar service. Superb food. Every order exact. Thank you, Longhorn, for another great outing.

It was great for the price. I remembered Lonnghorn being a tad more upscale back in the day but it was a very casual setting and the prices weren't crazy either. I enjoyed it. The host seemed a little too unorganized and nervous. Told us our party of 6 wouldn't be more than 10 to 15 minute wait. Ended up waiting 45 minutes on a tuesday night but this is one of those restaurants where older people finish eating and then camp out talking about the old country. So I can't really blame the host on that one. Food came out at a decent time and our server was very nice. Will return more often.

Normally I’m impressed with longhorns. That wasn’t the case this time. Had three entrees. One was chicken tenders with fries and a salad. They forgot the dressing. I ordered a steak with mashed potato’s and Mac and cheese. I ordered my steak well done, it was not. I had a burger with bacon only, it came with everything. I got mashed potato’s as a side with that and got the mashed potato’s and a a random sweet potato. Also, didn’t get my bread. All in all not pleased with my order considering it cost $70

Had a great meal at this place. Starting to get busy but got seated in about half an hour..our server was the BEST..shame I don't remember her name..she was everything you'd want an employee to be..the food came quick and was hot and fresh and delicious..the ribs I had were some of the best I have had in a long time. Just wish I knew the girls name that took care of us so I could give her a shout out..will be back and hopefully will see her again..thanks for a great experience..

The food was ok. My husband loved his, our daughter loved hers, but with me having lingering effects of covid, I couldn't taste mine other than the shrimp. The shrimp was great. (I don't hold any of this against long horn.) I did reserve seating on our way to the restaurant. We had a 55-65 min wait, which is fine; our drive is 30, so just perfect. We for there within 30 mins checked in with host, and she informed me we had 20 more minutes, and I'd receive a text. Good deal. An hour later, we got our seat. The excuse was they were short staffed, but I saw a lot of employees walking around. I totally get it in a pandemic world now. The manager was getting yelled at by other customers who were waiting for hours (who always kept his cool). Our waitress was awesome; we never ran out of anything. We gave her our to go order as well, since it was date night. She had everything we needed and could ask for in the bag to go. The salad my daughter ordered was great. Very fresh and crisp. By the time we got there at 6:36 to when we finally left at 8:40. Our reservation was booked at 5:51 with a 55 to 65-minute wait, and we were finally seated at 7:21 pm. That was a long time to be waiting for a $80 ticket. We were really disappointed at how the night ended. The food was great, so was our service when we were seated, but the wait was terrible. If you have the time, I recommend eating here. If you've got an 1 hour or so to eat, go to McDonald's.

I was amazed by my visit last week. The service and food were great. I have had a lot of negative experiences recently, however, our server was amazing. The place is a bit far but worth the drive.

Have been to Longhorns many times, tonight we were very disappointed. My husband and I both ordered a 9oz filet and I will tell you we were not served filets. You know how filets are supposed to be melt in your mouth steaks. These were not. Didn’t complain my bad. Sad so wanted a good steak.

My wife and I enjoyed our dinner at Longhorn Steak House. The bread was fresh, a little chewy which I like, had a really good taste. The dinner salad was fresh, ample, and we really liked the fact that it was hand tossed with a good amount of dressing. The steak (ribeye) was perfectly cooked and tender. I did think that it perhaps was a little too fatty, but that would be my only complaint. The service was attentive, friendly, and professional. All in all, a pleasant dining experience. I think next time I will try the T-Bone, as I expect it might be less fatty.

Food and service was great. But make sure they put your name down I told the girl my name and number then people came in after us and got called. My husband checked and our name wasn't on list per manager but he took care of the problem
