Let me begin with saying the waitress we had last night was absolutely the sweetest and did everything we asked in service to our family . Honestly that’s why I even gave a two star review . We placed our order , I want to add that we had 7 kids and 4 adults so that’s a huge order to fill , but the waffles fry’s that 4 family members ordered was hard to chew, probably due to being cooked too long , one of the burgers was not tasteful !! My boyfriend actually had forced himself to eat due to how long it took to get it . His brother ordered the Logan steak .the whole time he said it was mainly gristle (bad luck guess one that ) . My children's steak tips, they ordered off the children menu were burnt . Takes me a lot to stir them away from eating chicken tenders all the time so this was a big deal now they probably will not eat it again . Finally my steak was a 6 oz sirloin and I asked for well done came to me medium rare . The green beans had no flavor .I understand the shortage of staffing places are having but this is still no excuse for poor cooking standards . Considering the prices for the meals . All in all the staff was great but needs work on the food . We decided it’s not a place to eat at again
Waited 15 minutes to be acknowledged for drinks and food. Irritating but understandable. Ordered and then waited 1 hour for 3 meals to come out. We were only acknowledged 1 time in the whole hour we waited for food. Place was busy when we sat down but cleared way out after 20-30mins. Told the waitress we weren’t impressed when she asked us about our service and food. She didn’t really care.
Walked in and was greeted right away. My server Brittany showed up with a sincere smile, amazing presence, and helped me through the questions I had with the menu. My chicken tenders were amazing, the ranch was spot on, and the sweet baked potato was the icing on the cake. Great place, great service, great food!
My mom ordered 3 Anything and Everything Salads a couple of days ago at this location and the total equaled to about $48. My mom called the restaurant back after realizing how small these salads were. She asked to talk to a Manager and got Eric on the phone. Eric was very combative with my mom throughout the whole phone conversation. My mom was calm when talking to him but still he insisted on being rude. She brought up a good point about how these salads were way to small for the price and that in the past they use to be a lot bigger. He then proceeds to tell her that its based on weight. A small plastic container with not much lettuce and missing ingredients. Me myself having been in Management for 18+ years I would NEVER talk to a guest this way. You run the risk of losing customers. I can see why this location is never busy when I drive by. We will never do business with this location again. I'm surprised that Eric has been with this location since 2008. I can understand maybe the prices of lettuce or any other condiment has gone up but at least explain this to your customers if that is the case.
good service and food was very good
We went on the Friday before Valentines so we had to wait over an hour for a seat. That was just because we were stupid and went Valentines weekend. Once we were seated it took at least 15 minutes before anyone even came to our table. When after an hour we finally got food we had to ask 4 times to get any silverware. My son and I both ordered steaks medium well. His was cooked more like medium rare but he dealt with it. Mine was rare and even still cold inside I sent it back and had it taken off the bill. I never send food back but it was unedibale. This was always one of my favorite places to eat but I'm not sure I will return again.
I don't like giving bad reviews. Diners should know though. Place was not busy at all (should have been a sign) we were going to be seated first in the bar area on the tall tables. Asked the host if we could have a booth. It looked like we were not supposed to ask for a different seat by his attitude. We were put in a booth. After a wait we finally had a waitress take our drink orders. After another wait we got our drinks. We ordered 2 steaks. Wife wanted medium well I asked for medium rare. Waitress informed us we should pick something else since it takes so much longer for medium well steaks. Unfortunately we insisted. Steaks came out. Wife's was very well done but mine was less than rare. You could smell the blood coming out of it. I asked to have another steak cooked. Manager came out and confirmed the steak was undercooked and was going to have it placed back on grill. I asked for a new one. An hour after we came in I finally got the steak. Was close enough I took it. After we finished I had to go find the waitress who was outside the bathrooms gripping to another waitress. She gave me the check and informed me she had to work the next day and wasn't supposed to. We finally finished and left the worst steakhouse I have ever stepped in.
horrible service and even worse food.
I went to Logan‘s Roadhouse in Spring Hill a couple of weeks ago. The rolls were excellent but that was about it … . If you want to get a piece of meat that is cooked the way you want it, do not go there. It is amazing how they do not know how to cook a piece of meat being a steakhouse. I asked to have my meat a little pink, however, it was very rare. The server brought it back to redo it and it was still rare the second time. At this point, I basically went with the flow but it was not enjoyable. Also, my green beans were basically room temperature, and my broccoli plus the shrimp on the skewer were both cold. It was a very disappointing meal. At the end of the meal, I complained to the manager and told him I did not enjoy the dinner at all; that it was awful. The manager ended up not charging me for the dinner which was nice. I will not rush back. (Note: My husband and I have been to other Logan locations, and it was the same thing there. This restaurant chain does not know how to cook a piece of meat!)
The only reason it got any stars was the waitress she was awesome. Food is going down hill, no happy hour and no peanuts. You use to celebrate birthdays but not anymore. The new corporate management should rethink what they are doing we were there 5:30 pm no customers I know why
