So i ordered online and live a pretty good distance away. About 45 minutes. So i get to the store and my order is not ready so i go up and ask. And they say 10 minutes. So i ask what all is left for them to do? Do thry need to pull it out. And they said it just needs to be cut. 10 mintues to cut pizza... AN HOUR later. Thrn instead of them giving me the pizza thry put it in the bin..
Order it custom, with extra sauce and we'll done and you'll be pleasantly surprised.Counter staff is super nice!
Pizza is always hot and ready as advertised, staff works really hard for the amount of people they usually have on shift. Great customer service and pricing is excellent for the modern couple +1 families as you can spend $15 and feed an entire household and have leftovers. Highly recommend this place to anyone.

Decent Pizza Quick for only $5 you kind of just get what you pay for but it's worth it for me and the kids on a busy evening after dance class
This little caesars is a complete $&*# show. They never have orders called in done even remotely close to when they say they will. Don’t count on a hot n ready either, they don’t even know what that means. Go literally anywhere else.
This location is kind of touch and go. They've been extremely busy as of late which seems to give some employees anxiety and it shows. Otherwise they're kind and speedy.
I just wanted to bring this to everyone's attention. I ordered a cheese pizza from Little Ceasars with extra cheese and sauce. I come home and there was no sauce but extra cheese. Simple mistake. I get it, things happen. Now mind you I get there and I waited 25 mins additionally on top of 35 mins for my pizza to be ready. I go back and tell the young lady what I ordered and that I would like to have remade and also a refund for having to wait again. I get told that if they refund they won't remake it. So I just told them to remake it. As they were making my pizza I noticed the young kid wasn't wearing gloves as he was making it. So just FYI! And this is the Little Ceasars here in spring hill next to the Great Clips.
The tall 20 something man is rude to all customers in lobby and myself. No urgency and ignored customers for first 2-3 minutes until acknowledged. Arguing voice . No customer service I ever experienced before other than there multiple times with family also. Don't go there anymore because of experience and what other friends and family have experienced also. Just done. Too bad the pizza is good.
The young male mngr could be just a little more friendlier and I think per food safety regualtions he needs to wear a hair net since he's got long hair, but other than that good food in a timely manner. I wish that red robin who I heard took over this chain after they closed it down many years ago would bring back the huge double squared pizza pizza like they had back in the day and the big foot pizza.
