Customer Service is horrible. Cashiers are rude. While placing my order, cashier just stopped talking for about 5 minutes and came back and started talking like he had never left. Told me it would take 40 minutes to drop crispy chicken (i have worked at KFC and it absolutely does NOT take that long. After completing my order, his response was, "Is that it?" In a rude tone. I asked if he had everything and he said yes but NEVER repeated my order back. Came to the window and still didn't recall my order but took my payment. Another person brought the order and actually called my order off but didnt give me my drinks. I sat there for a few minutes and they never came back. It was only 1 car behind me. They never seem to be fully staffed. My daughter said everytime she goes there, it is a problem. Major disappointment. Food was decent.
I called in an order for a 4 piece crispy wing dinner and an 8 piece original dinner dinner I was told they only had 3 we had 3 crispy wings And they and they could substitute original wing and I said no I needed 4 crispy wings she said they would cook it it would be ready in 40 minutes I get over there They were just cooking the chicken 2 employees were outside on a smoke break the manager was in the office not given one care as to what was going on going on 1 employee was trying to take care of the window and the counter are absolutely by Himself, Then when I get my order they they only had the 3 crispy wings ready so I took that that and then when I got the original they didn't have any original breasts so without even saying a word they gave me crispy Absolutely the worst customer service I have seen no wonder you hardly ever see customers at that store I cannot even believe that I can afford to pay the rent
I went to this KFC tonight as I had placed an online order for pickup. Only to get to the restaurant the lobby was closed, went to the drive thru was asked to come to the window so I waited on line only to get to the window and be told they don’t have any chicken left to fulfill my order and that they closed at 8pm. I placed my order at 750 with the understanding they closed at 9 as that’s what the website and all of the signs on their doors say. They refused to refund my money at the window and had ZERO solution other than that I needed to call corporate which is absolutely ridiculous that no one in that building could help correct a situation that was completely their fault due to them not updating their hours on their site and even on the doors to their building. This wasn’t a staffing issue this was a they’ve decided to not stay open until 9pm anymore issue and they haven’t let the corporate offices know that this is what they’re doing. Even better was that the manager who was there wouldn’t come speak to us and kept making the poor kids who were working come try and explain everything. I was nice as I know the world is short staffed but as a retail manager myself I’m completely disappointed in how the manager handled the situation as they didn’t handle it at all and left it up to the poor kids to which is unacceptable.
I ordered $17 worth of food and they forgot almost half of it. Do not order the $10 big chicken box they will forgot everything except the sandwich. It also took longer than other places. The food wasn’t that bad though
went through the drive thru today and received only half of my order. should’ve checked the bag before driving off. got the $10 box and only got the sandwich and they forgot the cookie in the breast fill up box. good customer service but did not get all of my $17 worth of food
Food was great as usual....BUT THE DINING AREA WAS COMPLETELY DISGUSTING!!Dirty does not say enough.... shoes sticking to the floor as your trying to walk....Kids in charge... that the issue
Absolutely terrible I know the service has drastically declined in all restaurants in Springhill but gosh ! I knew when my wife said kfc because my son wanted we were doomed for dinner that night! Where to start everything except the fries which they made me wait 15 minutes for was old and cold even the flipping drinks had no ice and were flat . And I asked at the drive thru window twice to the same girl hot sauce please nope ? mo hot sauce no napkins no forks . So I call to speak to the manager after several failed attempts some kid answers hello and I’m like let me speak to a manager he says “she in da back counting inventory and stuff like that and I’m like so she can’t talk to a customer he said sorry sir no being a manager for a tire dealership that’s horrible customer service from start to finish KFC is a dying fast food chain has been since the early 2000s. Never again will I go there because every single time I pay ? good money for mixed matched old food thrown together .
The last three times I went there they were closed or didn’t have any chicken!
I've been wanting to try the chicken sandwich and it was great! Yes it was big, I got the big box meal it came with fries,2 sides and a drink. At this time their dinning is closed which is strange because all the other restaurants are open.
Will never spend money at this location or. Company again. 2 nd complaint with this store. 1st complaint store ran out of food and it was only 7:30 at night. No biscuit or mac and cheese then while waiting in line the drive-thru the employees kept letting door dasher or people who order online jump in front of me 3 times. Today 2/10/2022 at 1:15 I tried to pay with a gift card with a positive balance, the card didn't go through and the person at the never tried another machine or call the number on the card to verify the balance. I asked for the managers name and got a patrick .Call the 1800 call kfc and sat on old for 30 minutes and no one ever picked up. Went to a voice mailbox
