Have ordered there twice in 2 weeks 3/10/22 and 3/25/22, never received any of my chips, drinks or brownies for both orders. Tried to call store, but phone always just rings and rings. Door dash no help, Jersey Mike’s no help. Very unhappy, these sandwiches aren’t cheap. Huge disappointment.
Their customer service is the absolute best I have found. Every customer is greated with a hello. When you leave you can't wait to come back.

usually great service but every time i go the bread is dry crumbly old . lettuce was brown. i drive from columbia because columbia store won’t put double meat when i pay xtra for it. i mean 25 to 30 for a sub and allways old bread old lettuce with 4 or 5 workers standing there i expect better
This place has been very consistent over the years. However, today I purchased a big Kahuna cheesesteak. It was disgusting. Dried up meat and way over seasoned. Very little cheese and virtually no veggies. Im very disappointed in the sack of garbage they sold me. I've been coming here regularly since it opened. I won't be back

The food isn’t normally bad but today I got super grossed out when I saw two things. For one the tables are never wiped clean literally there wasn’t one clean table the last 5 times I’ve been here. Second I witnessed a young employee leave the counter with his gloves grab sodas out of the public cooler out by the drink machines (touching handle with gloves on) put them in bags and then return behind the counter handling peoples sandwiches with the same gloves he had just touched the cooler with. Really gross and not the proper way to handle food. Especially at a time like this where there are so many health risks with covid. Won’t be back because of what I saw today. Ew………!Please teach your employees proper food handling practices !

Delicious! But out of three I frequent, this location has very obviously not given me the extra meat I paid for on numerous occasions, so buyer beware. I'm not usually in a position to do anything but take it and run, sadly.
