Five Guys in Spring Hill does a great job. Good prompt service when you walk in and they quickly prepare your orders. Dining room isn't anything to write home about but it is usually clean and I have had no complaints.
Make sure if you order on line or phone you pay for order instead of paying at pickup.They won't start your order until you are present.I had to wait an additional 10 minutes because I didn't pay on phone and opted to pay at pickup even after following text prompts.
The staff was friendly. The building was clean, especially the restrooms! My only complaint was the price. We got 2 burgers, a order of fries and 2 drinks and it cost a little more than $48. The burgers were good.
Staff always so friendly and food is always hot and fresh. I’m there frequently and usually never have to wait for long . A bit pricey but I Would recommend this restaurant specifically to anyone. Great team here who provides excellent customer service!
Fries were terrible. Nobody came by to give customer service. Not busy at all. I wonder why???? It is 11:57 am on Wednesday I won’t be back to this location. Brentwood is much better.
Been to Five Guys a few times. Giving it 3 stars bc the fries were not good at all.. very grease burnt & were kinda hard to bite into.. the burger was pretty good tho (all I got was a plain cheeseburger, fries, & a regular drink) but it was not worth $24. Probably won’t be back to Five Guys again, given the food is just too expensive for what I’m getting.. & the fries always come out grease burnt & im left disappointed every time cause fries are literally one of my favorite foods!!
Five stars is for the food. We only get 30 minutes for lunch. We can’t order from here because of the wait on fries is the excuse the workers always give yet my food sits in the bag two minutes before I asked who it’s for. No urgency for those that are on lunch break. Missing a lot of GM supplier money due to this issue. The food is great though. Just wish we could eat here more than we get to. Was told order would be ready at 11:12 it was yet wasn’t handed to me until 11:15 on 30 minutes lunc those two minutes mean a lot. ?
This was my first time coming to this place. I ordered a BLT and bottle water, I didn’t know they put a BLT on a seeded bun ( because I can’t have seeds) and it was cold! I asked could I get it on 2 bottom buns instead And they said they could put it on a tray! For the price I paid here is ridiculous and that I couldn’t get it on 2 plan bottom buns is crazy so I asked for my money back and want ever come back. Very displeased with this first time experience!
These "Guys" are really quick and super friendly. I came in on family game night to grab up some milkshakes and asked for a Five Guys sticker.....The gave me 4!!!! I stuck them on everyone including the dog. We really enjoyed our shakes while playing Scattergories. Really great night with the family and Five Guys added to it! ❤
We just got 2 hamburgers. Nothing else, just the sandwich. It was good, but not great. The thing was, it was $19.57 (this included a small gratuity (maybe $0.75?) for counter service). FOR TWO BURGERS!!! Given they had a bunch of toppings you could have put on it, which made them specialty burgers, but $20 bucks? I can get an outstanding MEAL at Cracker Barrel and be completely filled for less than that!! Overly expensive.
