"American Runs Out Of Dunkin'"This location has a few great people working here. Unfortunately, their hands are tied with insanely poor support from Corporate or ownership, neither of which remotely understand the restaurant business. Many times, they're out of certain items, and often short-staffed. I can't stress enough how the corp side of this business neglects their own restaurants, food, and staff. Again, this is the result of owners who know nothing about how to build a long-term success. They only know how to buy them and run them lean. I still give it up for the people who manage shifts. They're trying hard, but they're robbed at every avenue of being great by its owners. I'm not kidding! I can see that without even having them tell me that. It's PAINFULLY obvious.
My mother made an order through the Dunkin' app for breakfast sandwiches, coffee, and donuts during normal business hours. Upon arrival the drive-thru line was wrapped through their parking lot and out onto the street around the corner, there was no way to enter the parking lot due to congestion. She parked next door in Burger King's parking lot and then walked across the street with my toddler in tow in order to enter the restaurant. All of the doors were locked. The employees avoided her gaze and would not make eye contact. There were no signs on the door or explanation for this abysmal service. My mother had to walk away completely empty handed, unable to speak to an employee or ask for a refund due to the massive drive-thru line and the fact that she had an upset, hungry toddler with her. The service here is consistently terrible, and we're just going to stop trying at this point.
We stopped at this location on Port Royal Road in Springhill, TN for a quick to-go snack on our way to Huntsville. The person who took our order at the drive-thru was not polite or pleasant, nor was the person at the window where I picked up the order. The other location in Springhill employs kind-hearted, helpful people. I'll remember to go to the location on Hwy 31/Columbia Pike next time.
This Dunkin’ Donuts is absolutely horrendous. Every single time I have tried to go there in the past two years they screw up the order which is very plain and simple. There is a block on there that is just so rude and nasty you can’t even get the words out while she’s taking your order because she’s cutting you off. Half the time the machines don’t work the other half of the time they don’t open on time. It’s absolutely ridiculous they have absolutely no idea how to manage a staff or even have customer service skills. And this is the only place that I have encountered this level of disrespect towards their customers on a repeated basis
One extra star because this location is impressively still open, and allegedly functional enough to stay that way for now.Went inside my first visit a few months back, to grab some food to go for my brother and I(no rush going on, 10am on a weekend or something), ended up waiting nearly half an hour. Cheese not melted on a single item and the girl that made my food had it on the grill for 10+ mins, and was clearly in training(but making my food on her own). Minimal urgency going on, but this team also seemed very young and lost. Like, there was stress, it was just over issues that I as a patron with a few years food XP coulda likely fixed.Between then and now, before today, my orders have been generally bad, but thankfully doordash refunds me if it's not edible. Today, though, we got coffees that were VISIBLY wrong, one sandwich fully pancaked, egg smelled fermented on two of the sandwiches, and they even forgot some bottled powerades. I mean it was gross. Out of 4 sandwiches and 2 coffees, we scored one coffee and a questionable sandwich that at least doesn't stink/look particularly bad. I've never been able to have a good experience here, I'm 24 & know to not be too hard on service industry workers, I go into it likely hungover and quite hopeful each time. ?? thoughts and prayers for dunkin on port royal.
This place is disgusting. Behind the counter looks even worse but I didn’t want them seeing me taking photos. Woman’s bathroom looked like it hasn’t been cleaned in a month. I feel like I need a shower after being in here. A frat house after a Friday night party is cleaner than this place.
I ordered a sourdough breakfast sandwich from this location. The bread was not toasted as illustrated on the menu so I basically got a raw breakfast sandwich coupled with unfriendly service. I will not return to this location ever again!
Great coffee and great people! They always remember my dog’s pup cup! Chewy’s always ready for his next Dunkin’ visit!! ??
Any gas station or McDonalds in the area will have better coffee and better service. This Dunkin location is the worst I’ve ever come across. Don’t waste your time or money. Sitting in the drive through trying to place my order, they told me it’d be at least 30 min before they could take my order. And they said that through the speaker. I just drove off but it still took me 30 min to leave because of the terrible parking lot design. 1 Star rating is too high for this train wreck
i ordered an avocado toast and an unsweet tea. seems simple right? well the toast was not toasted, barely any avocado on it and little to no seasoning. i then took a sip of my tea to find out it’s a sweet tea! this is ridiculous and they should be retrained!
