This was my first visit to a Culver’s and I am very glad my wife and I decided to eat there. It was a great experience. The atmosphere was excellent and the employees were very friendly. The food tasted great and the prices were lower than other hamburger restaurants with lower quality food.I recommend Culver’s to everyone. Go give it a try.
Love the root beer, burgers are good, customer service is always great. Every time I've had dine in its been a great experience, only issue keeping it from 5 stars is the drive through experience. Every time I've gone through the drive thru they forget to give sauces. I don't fault the employees, I fault the drive thru system they use. A possible fix would be asking and handing out sauces at the window when you pay. I think it's just a miss communication issue from the window to the person running food. Other than that minor (but annoying) issue this place is great.
I love the food at Culver's. While its definitely not the healthiest by any means it's definitely good! The staff here is always amazing and super nice. They remind me a lot of the team members at Chick fil a. Its not very often they mess up my order, while it has happened I usually call and they're happy to make up my item on the next time I'm in. Also this place isn't like McDonald's or Burger King. Don't expect to order and drive off with your food a minute later. In my experience 100% of the time you will be asked to take a number and pull around and wait awhile for your food. They cook the food fresh so it does take a bit longer just be prepared to wait. The only down size to this is they give you your drink and custard at the window. By the time the food arrives the custard is starting to melt and I've drank half my drink already. I say all this not to bash but just for information purposes. I like Culver's and continue to go back.
I visit this location at least 3 times a week because the food is so addicting. Mushroom and Swiss double with Dr. Pepper and 2 cheese sauces for the fries. I’m actually here as I type ? staff is definitely Chic-fil-a 2.0 for sure, and by this I mean so friendly it’s almost scary. I’m Always satisfied so great job to the Culver’s team !
Service is always great and food has always been fresh. Been here multiple times in the last year. Never disappointed.
We went by for a drive thru lunch of fried fish, a double burger and fries. The folks working the window could not have been nicer or more professional. The fish was hot, fresh and crunchy. Excellent as usual. The burger was a little too well seared for my taste. The fries were awesome! Thank you!
Love ❤ this place! Excellent cheese burger and shakes. I know salads are typically not what you get at a Burger joint, but surprisingly they are great as well. Team members are very polite. Location is clean. Highly recommend.

Culver's ran out of product at dinner time. And forgot to give me my substitute. Portion's are small and prices have increased very disappointed. Probably won't be going back for a while
The only place I've ever been in SH that the manager was ruder than the staff. They rang up the order incorrectly and I said don't worry about it, don't care about the refund, no big deal, just want my order given the wait and would prefer not to wait any longer as it had been sitting in the window waiting to be bagged. The girl was so rude and defensive I asked for her manager, who comes out with a puffy chest two getting in my face asking "what do you want me to do".... seriously... decent food but not worth that.
