Honestly I waited 6 months to review this place. In fact I rarely leave bad reviews but in 6 months with lots of grace given and lots of chances to get it right this location has failed again and again. The reviews don’t lie, this is one of the worst chipotle locations I’ve ever been to. I love chipotle so we have continually gone back but it’s always bad. Examples (rice isn’t cooked, portions are tiny, no line or salt in the guacamole, food is cold, service is atrocious. It’s all just of the poorest quality. I worked at chipotle in college and this is far from the standard. Here is my advice with this location, just don’t.
First of all, I can't believe they took away Dairy Queen and put this in it's place. I LOVE Chipotle and this location is terrible. It's been awful every time we've gone. I got the veggie bowl which comes with guacamole and my husband also mentioned it 3 times. Guess what? No guacamole. The fajita veggies were basically raw and the beans were underdone too. Plus, the chips are greasy and stale. It's beyond annoying to spend money on food and it be garbage. I want a refund.
I think the food is good for fast food but at this particular location I have always had to check that all my items are in the bag before I leave because they ALWAYS leave something out. I understand once in a while or when it's very busy, but it's consistently happening. I have learned to open each item and make sure that the things that I wanted on or left off of our burrito bowls are correct. We had one time that everything was wrong and they did good by redoing our entire order at no cost, but it was a hassle for us. I really hope that things get better because I love having a Chipotle in our neighborhood!
I would have given zero rating if I could. So Last weekend we purchased from Chipotle and found that the rice was just rice in the bowls, it was not at all cooked. We ordered for 6 members and all of us are upset and totally disappointed about our purchase. We highly DONOT recommend Chipotle. They cannot handle orders, apart from this we waited for 20minutes in addition to the pickup time mentioned in our Email. This is completely rediculous, waiting for uncooked rice. After a long wait, totally disappointed with our purchase.
Pretty good. You can go in here and sit down unlike some other food places in the area. Line was short, quick and friendly service. Dining area could have been cleaner, some of the tables and the area by the drinks needed a wipe down.
Whenever I order a burrito online I always get a bowl. This has happened three times. Every time I get a quesadilla it is dry with little cheese. The meat is over salted, the cilantro isn’t chopped correctly, and the tortillas are stale. The worst Chipotle I’ve been to. I keep going back hoping it will be different because I Iike chipotle, but I’m definitely done now after I was given beef so salty it was jerky. Go to the Franklin Chipotle or eat at Cali Burrito.

Nice young man, tall and with a beard helped me today. He was helpful and made my bowl. The chicken was good and he helped to make my experience with Chipotle great! He was at the counter and answered all my questions with a smile. I didn’t quite catch his name but his coworker called him and it sounded like something with a D!
Hopefully ownership looks at these reviews soon before the P&L is negative.All the other reviews speak for my experience. Messed up food. Wrong peoples orders. Low quality. I think the last time the order was actually right and made with at least 1 oz of care was the first month they opened.It takes a lot for a chipotle to be bad, as your literally throwing ingredients in a bowl or in a tortilla. But this one has found a way to be so low quality it’s literally not worth eating there.
I went here a couple weeks ago and was not treated very well by the young boys up front. They filled my bowl up less than half way but charged me full price and were rude to my husband and I. I am very shy so I paid and left. I was pretty upset though, so I called and talked to the manager and explained the situation. He was very kind, apologetic and more than willing to make it right. He told me the next time I came to ask for him and he would make it right. My husband and I went back today and asked for the manager (Jacob) and he and the other manager (Talisha) were sooo kind and comped our ticket tonight. I appreciated it so much and feel so much better with them being so gracious and willing to go above and beyond for me. Thank you Jacob and Talisha!! :)
