Absolutely the worst place to eat in Spring Hill I definitely won't be back. Kept messing up meals and messing up my niece never got her food absolutely the worst.there was 6 of us there.and ever one of our meals was messed up.
I came for lunch and had to wait 15 minutes for a seat in the bar area with my 2 young children. That was ok. But the bartender had the tables and you could tell she had a lot to do. Took a while to put our order in which was ok. The food was good. When we were paying and leaving we had to wait 20 minutes for a drink and a box. Then I was told the iced tea I asked for a refill of wasn’t made and it would be 15-20 minutes. I said I already waited 20 minutes. She said I know I’m sorry. So I left a restaurant thirsty which I think is ridiculous! Probably won’t be coming back.
The best Chili's in Tennessee! Hot food, great service and fast with the drink refills. Thanks y'all! Can't wait to try more appetizers.
Absolute worst place to eat in spring hill! I would rather drive an hour to go Franklin than eat here again. The service was horrible. The food was bad... you know the service was bad when your paying for your food on the machine and the server walks by and says oh please don’t leave a bad review I know it was bad. But it affects my server review....well she took almost 15 minutes from the time we sat down just to get our drink order....then we waited and waited to get our appetizer....my husbands food came before the app and he ordered a steak that looked and smelled like it had been microwaved...I didn’t receive my food until we were trying to pay on the kiosk so we could leave...the server had immediately got a manager when she realized I was about to pay and I had not said anything to her about the manager. The server had only came to the table maybe 2 times in 30 minutes and was wondering why the bad review? ...glad the manager came over but we still paid almost 50$ for food I could have got from the gas station up the road for much less. Also trying to put the review on the little machine and it just cuts me off in the middle.DO NOT EAT HERE! SHUT IT DOWN AND RETRAIN THE WHOLE STAFF!!!
First time there we were Happy and ok due to the fact as this store was brand new. Totally expected it to not be 100%. I have tried to go there 3 more times but the app either wasn’t accepting mobile orders or I could not do a mobile check in ( if you call Chili’s both mobile check in and mobile ordering is on their hold music back to back, so I know I this is important to them and their business). I was just on hold to enquire why mobile ordering wasn’t available for 10 min, when I finally got to a human and they said their website was down. :-/. I am guessing it has been down a lot at this location in the little time it has been open, or it’s my luck of the draw. The funny thing was when I had them in the phone they didn’t even offer to take my order over the phone. It was just like “our website was down”. I traditionally like Chili’s and eat there frequently for work, this being in my home town I have been a little disappointed. Please correct the issues. I would hate to see happen to this brand new location what happened to the O Charlie’s that used to be at the same address. I gave it 3 stars for my love of Chili’s but not very happy thus far.
The restaurant wasn’t even busy and we received the poorest service I’ve ever experienced. We spoke with every table our server had and they all left unfed and unhappy. The manager was absolutely no help to her whatsoever. He kept making the excuse that our waitress was sick in the bathroom.... That made customers even angrier since we are in the middle of a pandemic. She shouldn’t be working around food or drink if she’s ill, but he was obviously okay with that. After waiting over an hour, 4 out of 5 of us got our food. We complained again to the manager that we were missing food and hadn’t had drinks refilled in over 45 minutes. He took our drink order and after another hour of no missing meal or drink refills, we had to get up to let him know we were leaving due to such poor customer service. Will never recommend this place to anyone.
Brand new location. And the best we have had in TN! Chili's is our go to dinner date spot but we have had so many issues with other locations here in TN that we've had to stop going and being disappointed.. BUT the service was amazing and our food was perfect! I hope it doesn't change because we are so excited to be able to have our date spot back
My food was cold and plates hot? When we walked in the young lady said we could seat yourself, yet there was no sign? Online menu is very confusing. I had someone taking my order and bringing my food to me, very confusing on who tip was going too. Very expensive for cold food and iffy service.
Great food! Amazing staff! So happy to finally have a Chili's around here! Definitely worth the wait
