Great place to eat, great staff, great food and always leave stuffed or need a to go box. Me and my friends have had crispy tenders, fajitas, burgers, fires, loaded potatoes, corn on the cob, chicken pasta dish, and the skillet queso and queso dip are the best and they have the best homemade chips around. Love this place. You can't beat it.

We had a party of 17 with 4 separate bills and all were wrong and waiting to get them fixed seemed to take longer then waiting on our food. They should improve their pay options at the Table to solve this problem!
Jess at Spring Hill, TN chili’s does a remarkable job with serving with a smile no matter how many patrons she has. She remembers my regular order and has everything out quickly. She makes coming back worthwhile, along with the avocado sandwich.
Deke provided us with great service! He is super friendly and attentive. He also anticipated our needs and got us things before we even asked. We noticed he takes care of a lot of details that other servers and employees tend to overlook. We hope he is recognized as the asset he is.
Well, the floor was very slippery from poor cleaning. Made it to the table and ordered. When our burgers came they were totally wrong. No ketchup at table, by the time it came out fries were cold and our burgers barely warm.
First time ever at a chili's... I will be back. Food was excellent. We got 3 appetizers and all 3 were great. The steak was great. Service was great. Everything else was good too.

Waited 40 minutes just for an appetizer, only for it to come out wrong, which the woman who brought it told us the waitress didn't even write down our order correctly. Had to walk out and go somewhere else for lunch because we didn't want to wait another 40 minutes for our meals to come and just be wrong.There was also almost nobody else in the restaurant so the wait time was ridiculous
Restaurant so understaffed they cannot open the dining room on the weekend. Suggested ordering online - did that for my whole family. Went to pick up and they were “out of pasta” so half the order just wasn’t prepared. Avoid this location for your own sanity until they get their issues resolved.
