If I could give the place no stars I would . We have had issues over and over but just keep going back giving it another chance. Well today was the last time. I have a sick baby at home and my 10 year old wanted captain ds so I ordered via DoorDash. First issue for me was that for one kids meal and one large meal it was almost 40 bucks . Besides this they left out my sides with my meal , extra chicken I ordered for my son , extra fries for my son and all of our sauces . The food tasted absolutely horrible as if it was cooked yesterday . My son bit into his chicken and about broke his tooth and he was so upset. I do not understand why when we go there ourselves we have to wait forever for “fresh” food and somehow usually get all of our food but for the second time they have messed up a DoorDash order . Anyway done ranting it will not do any good but just felt the need to put it out there .
Good service. I think they changed their recipe not as good as it used to be.
I just went through the current reviews, and saw the ones from Mason Tabar and Jaye D. I think it is terrible to leave a 1 star review without comment. If your experience was so terrible, at least tell management what was so bad so they can try to take your complaint to heart and improve. So, to offset Mason's and Jaye's stupid reviews, I will leave a 5 star review to try and balance them out.

The fish was great, fries so so not very hot, place was very clean , nice staff
Good food, dining room was light and airy and a very clean space. The sign on the door said the dining room was closed due to staffing, but I took a chance and the door was unlocked and they said we could eat in. We had the whole place to ourselves.
Seafood quality is minimal but its a chain and most likely frozen entrees to start with. They staff is friendly and the cost is good. Adequate and above serving sizes. I will visit again.
The store is very, very clean and well organized. The Manager Mariah, is kind and helpful. Always has a smile on her face. She has excellent customer service skills and goes above and beyond. The staff are nice and my experience there is always awesome. Thank you to the Captain D's in Spring hill, TN
We always enjoy visiting Captain D's in Spring Hill. This is the absolute cleanest restaurant I've ever been in. Staff are super helpful and friendly. Oh and don't sleep on the food. Its amazing!!!
