Worst Experience Ever!!! We definitely got racially profiled! The lady that brought us our food, stuck her hand in my friend plate and just just showed no type of remorse after we confronted her about. We asked for the manger and it took him 30mins to even come over to speak to us. And he was being very sarcastic about the incident. And he was also putting his hand in our plates. WE WILL NEVER BE GOING BACK.
UPDATE: The bartender did not bring our food out hot. She was unconcerned when we asked why it was taking so long! And then finally brought it out herself. And the peppers on the Loaded Tator dish should have been cooked on it and not placed-on ice cold.Bartender said the manager is on expo. But there is no food-runner anywhere. Appetizer came out cold. Wings came out at room temperature. Manager tonight is no where to be seen.?Ridiculously poor presentation of what could be and should be a leader in the industry!
I ordered ultimate nachos because I just love them here but this time I got cold, barely any chili nasty Nachos ☹️ My husband ordered 6 boneless honey bbq wings. 3 were so small I would have been ashamed to send them out and we had to point it out to the waitress. Very disappointed.
Delivered lettuce that looks like it was swept off the floor. Last week. Disgusting.
It was a very busy place with just a few waitresses. We had a large group so there were several orders. Our waitress was very calm, collected and courteous. It took probably 45 minutes to get our food but she kept us informed of what the issues were and what the approximate time would be when we could expect our food. She was very apologetic and at ended up giving us a nice discount for our long wait. Now that is good customer service. Give her a raise.
Big fan of BWW. The Spring Hill location is one of the better locations, in my opinion. It's clean well staffed. Service is usually always quick and reliable. Food quality is consistent, and cold beer is served quickly.
It's a chain...they serve wings. Not overly friendly, not rude...This place needs a personality shot in the arm! They could have so many repeat customers if they would look like they appreciate your business.Never greeted with anything but, "How many?" Bartender on duty, didn't want to be there. The one in Franklin...much friendlier and they try...but this one...Come on...try harder!
We had an excellent server. The appetizer we received was a total waste. I'm not sure what they are trying to pass off as dips or quacamole, but it's disgusting. My boneless wings were dry, as well. And, the Nashville hot is not Nashville hot.
Horrible customer service, they never brought napkins and plates. Even after we requested them the brought us plates without the sheets. Felt like we were eating off dog bowls. I will definitely not return.
Very disappointing place. We had stopped in after our school boys had won State Championship today and the staff did not try to accommodate the team and families. So thanks to Chillis for accommodating the whole team and without any hesitation! Will not be back at this location period.
