I love Baskin Robbins Cappacino Blasts. However, this location is the worst I have ever been to. For months their machine was broken. I must have gone there at least 6 times during this period and it was always broken. Tonight we went there, waiting in line asked for 2 blasts made with praline ice cream, out of that, asked for butter pecan - out of that. Asked what they had - listed chocolate chip so asked for that - they cannot make blasts with that so finally ordered vanilla. Went to the window, took my money then came back and said that they are out of the mix and cannot make any blasts. Asked for my money back and they said was that on a card. I said no, I just paid for it with cash. Finally, after 5 minutes got my money back. I wish Spring Hill had a good Baskin Robbins. Must be the management of this location. Absolutely Ridiculous.
we get there, we wait, employee comes back from outside and just stands there and so did I for 10 mins because he never acknowledged us at all, we had to address him and all he said was "yeah I work here". I asked for the golden Irish cream he had NO idea what I was talking about . then I asked for a regular cone and at no point did he wash his hands or put gloves on. The ice cream bends and store was a Mess. we just left after he just started grabbing a cone with no hygienic training obviously.
Worst one yet!!! The last few times Doordarshaning here they say they have some simple or like today for a banna split they say they don't have bananas to make it but yet they have them in plane site on the counter behind the. It's just a bunch of little teenage girls playing and dancing instead of working
I took my daughter into this location @ 4:50pm tonight, and it was an incredibly disappointing visit. There were no labels of any kind on the ice cream flavors, which made selecting one much more time consuming than it should have been, and when we finally did figure out what we wanted, there wasn’t a clean place to sit.The counters, the line of tables, absolutely everything was filthy. Not a soul in there except the three employees, but they couldn’t be bothered to wipe the tables. I looked down at the floor and there were cones, dirt, dead bugs, and what looked like days of fallen food debris on every square inch of the floor.I’m not sure who runs this location, but your employees are just flat out embarrassing you.
The worst baskin robbins in middle Tennessee. This place is always so dirty. They dont clean the floor or the tables, they never have any variety of flavors, the bathroom is filthy, the teens running this place are lazy and hard to get to wait on you. They never have dipped cones EVER. None of the icecream is labeled. They give THE smallest scoop and it's so expensive. For the price of 3 scoops i could have gotten 3 gallons of ice cream at walmart across the street. This place is AWFUL. No one working here even looks like they want to be here.
So this Baskin Robbins is a mess. None of the servers wear gloves 4 of the ice cream flavors weren’t labeled and when I asked what flavor the unmarked ones were I was told they don’t know what it is cause they were sent without name tags ?. The trash can is over flowing and there were flies on the doughnuts cause it’s also a dunkin doughnuts. The guy that took my order was nice but I wouldn’t go back to this location due to hygiene and cleanliness.

Went to get ice cream today and i believe it took the guy scooping it every bit of thirty minutes too make four cups of ice cream. He also acted like it was killing him when he scooped it and heaven forbid asking for sprinkles. The dining area was disgusting looked like it hasn’t been cleaned in weeks. First time ever hear and definitely was not one bit impressed about anything. Will definitely go elsewhere for ice cream.
Tried calling several times to order ice cream cake, goes right to message stating mail box is full.
