Nearly an hour in drive-thru…no Arby’s sauce in the bag. How do you forget the Arby’s sauce? Not the first time, so on me that we didn’t check before we left…on Arby’s for forgetting again.
What in the world? Why has it taken 21 minutes to still be behind one car at the drive thru? I think they are taking orders and then running to the back to fix the food. The only customers are in the drive thru.
Probably one of the worst Arby’s I’ve ever been to. The drive through takes forever even if there’s only a couple of cars in the line. Has to be poor management or a lack of having enough employees. The food at this store is average as well compared to others.
Food was good the lady at the counter was very nice
We have had food there several times in the past few months and bought gift cards to use. Now every time we go the inside is closed and I hate drive through. We went to get some shakes that are good but very expensive and guess what, the machine was broken. I have been calling several times today to see if it is working yet and they don't even answer the phone. That is bad business. If you can't answer the phone when you are open put a closed sign up and go home
I've been trying to get a shake since the last 4 months and I always order on the app and everytime I go there the shake machine is down apparently and then they don't even ask me if I want a refund and give me a regular drink that is 3$ cheaper than a shake it isn't right y'all are taking money from people and you always advertise the new flavors but can't even get them so how about don't put the sign up next time and should give someone at least the value of their drink or more or a refund and a drink or something this is redicoulous.
I know Arby’s spends lots of money on advertising their delicious thick shakes... except the shake machine has been busted since November of last year. Waiting for a part are we? How about a New Shake Machine!?! If your soft drink machine was busted… Would it take over two months to get fixed?
Could you please fix or get a new Shake machine! It’s been broken for over a month now! Please do better for your customers.
They forgot to put the Au Jus in with the French Dips I ordered and the fries were undercooked. This whole experience blew chunks! If you want your restaurant to be recognized for excellence, you have to at least try to get the orders correct!
Order chicken and I asked for it fresh they messed up my order told me to keep my receipt and they’ll replace it all I finally made my way back to Arbys 2 days later and act like they can only replace the chicken and still offered to give me chicken that’s been sitting instead od fresh chicken very unprofessional as a manger should have know better to serve a customer old food and took care of the whole problem
