Was really surprised. Pulled up and seen that the drive thru was packed. I thought I was going to be there forever, however the line went quick. These employees hustled getting orders out like nobody else could. I ordered a Chicken cobb salad which was humongous and delicious, and I swear they had the next three orders ready before I even could pay for mine.If you're looking for something that's fast, delicious and not a hamburger then you've got to give them a try. The only negative thing I can say about this Zaxbys is that the entrance/exit can be a pain to get in/out of. But as far as the food and service, it was spot on.
Great food and the staff actually followed directions on how I wanted my entree fixed . Best sweet tea around .Good job Zaxbys
I love Zaxbys their fries always hot and good never been let down yet I'm so glad the lobby is finally open one of my favorites definitely in my top 5 of fast food restaurants
I am not pleased at all with the service or FOOD! Toast was burnt and so was my grilled chicken... instead of remaking my salad... they just took the burnt pieces off... SHAKING MY HEAD! And it appears I got less meat...?
I actually tried their new boneless wings and it was really good
Placed order online, pick up at 834pm. A sign outside said lobby closed, but online orders can be picked up. NOPE. At 902PM I finally made it to the pickup window. Just the perfect way to complete an online order...a 30 minute wait in the drive thru to get our cold food. If I had an option for no star I would have chosen 0 star.
We are on a road trip from MN and having never heard of Zaxby's we decided to give it a try. The dining room was closed and we couldn't load a menu when they showed up at the car to take our order. We had no idea of what to order and the team member outside not only offered great suggestions they also added extra sauces in our bag to explore. We loved it all! It was extremely yummy and we've decided on our trip we will stop back by to try more because of the excellent customer service. Thank you for helping some anxious out of Towner's find some tastey food!
Had to wait in drive thru for awhile around 8:30pm. Ordered a grilled chicken Cobb zalad and when I got home it didn’t have bacon or hard boiled egg on it. Wasn’t informed prior to ordering that they were out of those items. Please credit my account and email me at the information I sent you online. Thanks.
Never been disappointed here. Tasty, fresh chicken. Zax sauce is the best.
The service was very slow. And the Manger on duty didn't greet me or ask if I needed anything. The Manger act Irritated when I asked forhelp.
