Normally the food is pretty good, and I usually don't have to wait longer than 15-20 minutes for my order, unless its an extremely busy night.However, they always seem to be having issues with the fountain drinks. Once I went there and the machine was completely out of ice. They didn't feel the need to refill it or even put a sign on it saying it was out. I wouldn't have even ordered a drink otherwise.Last night when I went in, there were gnats swarming all around the tea dispenser. Seems like they aren't doing a good job keeping the area clean. Its obvious there was some spill or drink residue and the bugs were attracted to the sugar.I'll think about changing my rating when these issues are addressed.
Came in 4hrs before closing and lady (guessing she was the manager) said if I wasnt picking up she is not taking anymore orders. Didnt give any explanation. No apology for any inconvenience. Just continued to clean and put stuff up. If they had a issues, proper way to handle it is by first locking the door so no one would enter. Very disappointed after driving 8hrs and anticipating my favorite franchise.
This is the dirtiest most disgusting food establishment I have ever seen in my life. There was black mold on the floors and sides of equipment. Grease build up on the baskets, friers and walls. Place didn't look like it had ever been cleaned well. There was food all over the floor and not to mention NO MANAGER in the store. I even asked an employee for a manager. Then when I was told the manager was gone and had "stepped out" and would be back in 20 mins, 30 mins passed and no manager. Employee said that the manager had already been gone for 20 mins prior. That's about an hour. Not a single employee was servsafe certified. There is supposed to be a certified manager or person in a good establishment at all time. But Im not surprised considering the disgusting state the store is in. That's not from being understaffed. That's from poor management from the owners. Y'all should be ashamed to call yourself owners. Do not eat here unless you want food poisoning. Employees were also rude and I watched them turn 30 or more people away. They even told everyone that they weren't accepting orders because they had no cashier. There were 3 of them. They weren't doing anything. They had food hanging in baskets over the friers cooked and cold. Hanging for more than 30 mins because they were hanging before I had even arrived. ????
Store was closed at 10pm last night hours say open until midnight but the door was unlocked so my sister walked in to order but we told they were closed and not taking orders. We left and came back arriving 10:55 and waited. At 11:00 a young lady with a rainbow knit hat who is the manager walked in and locked the door behind her. At 11:11 we called in and asked when they’d be open and she then unlocked the door but was rude, defensive, and aggressive so we left. We asked for the GM info and was told that information she doesn’t have to give nor her name. 0/10 and would not recommend. Went to Nolensville Rd location and got wonderful customer service and food!! Clarence at Nolensville Rd(manager/cook) was amazing even while training a new worker!
I tried to give this place a chance despite the amount of bad reviews, but the reviews are legit. Tried to place a phone order but no answer. I was next door at Kroger so I walked in - guess what. No phone or walk up orders allowed, but also no more orders because they are closing at 8 (its 7:15pm) due to staffing. I know it’s hard for businesses right now, but geeezzzzz. Better communication is needed on Google, an automated phone message, or even a Facebook page.
Yes they’re hiring, all positions and all shifts. It’s no wonder whatever staff they had no longer works there. The manager was rude, didn’t answer phone, I drove all the way there only to realize in person how much they genuinely don’t care. Don’t waste time calling, they won’t answer. Don’t waste gas driving there, it’s hit or miss on whether or not they choose to serve you that day. Not worth the investment, I am so sorry I wasted my time.
oh so nasty workers , environment and food. this store really needs to be investigated or new management. food is never ready , always a wait when not busy. workers tell us to get out of store ? they are on drugs. workers have kids sitting in the store eating , making messes etc. they are ridiculous. corporate seems to not care.
Hubby, mother and law, and myself stopped here in n Feb 20th after a long drive to try to get some food around 630 in the evening. We called before we went out of our way to go there to eat, we arrived with two young girls laughing and dancing and acting completely inappropriate. Waited ten minutes before were acknowledged, then turned away because they were no longer cooking for the evening. We were plainly told open til midnight and that we could just walk in to place the order. Horrible customer service.
Despite their hours saying that they were open, they had already closed the store at 9. There was someone in there at the counter, but all he did was look at me and go back to whatever he was doing. I actually ventured out because the hours said it was open. I love having both my time and gas wasted because employees can't abide by the posted hours.
Went in at 7 at night and they refused to even take our order. Said tbeh were closing for the night. While they were back there dancing in the kitchen. Horrible service. We drove a hour out of the way to go There
