Need to be careful at this location I was charged twice for one hamburger, called and spoke with manager when I reviewed my bank statement. There where two charges at same time on same day and I remembered went there for lunch and only ordered one burger. Before I could explain what had happened the manager stated yes cashier had charged me my order and the person behind me. So that means some else had paid for another person food. Stated no this wasn’t the issue you better check your bank statement to see how much you where charged
When I got lunch the woman that took my order seemed like she didn't even want to be there. I asked for just a second so I could decide what I wanted and she said "could you please hurry up I don't have all day" only one other car was in line and the parking lot was empty. When I got my food it was shoved out the window to me. If people don't want their job just quite. The public don't want to deal with this kind of unprofessional behavior from any kind of staff.
I sat in the drive thru for at least 20 minutes before getting up to the window. When I got to the window, I said “hello” at least 6 times, not more. No acknowledgement. When someone did finally get in the intercom, they explained they were short-staffed. I said I understood, but they should at least acknowledge a person and then ask them to wait. I would have to wait anyhow, but it’s just common courtesy, which is sorely lacking these days.
The fact we had to wait so long in the drive thru for them to take our order. They were all chilling taking it easy which is fine no problem there but they messed up big time messing up a simple order!!!!! Asked for bacon cheeseburger deluxe plain and nothing was plain about it at all also charged us for double stacker that we didn’t even order or get at all!!! Horrible service and won’t be going there again!
Always friendly service! Wish they could come up with a system for Door Dash drivers picking up orders. Having to wait in a drive throu line for 45min to an hour for something that's already paid for is extreme . Seems like something could be added to the app or a window just for pre paid orders. Idk food for thought Wendy's ???
Had a super weird experience. We arrived in the morning for breakfast. The guy that took our order was super nice and even brought the food out to our table. He checked up on us a few minutes later to see if we needed anything. Service like this is typically found at a restaurant. This location has it down right, would recommend this location over others.
The manager that’s there at lunch during the week is always on top of it and in a great mood. And hot. More people should aspire to be like that. And the food is always excellent and fast. One of the few places I’ll stop even if they’re slammed because i know they’ll get me in and out then back on my way. Keep it up y’all
This Wendy’s is awful. Always a bunch of kids standing around not helping each other including the manager. He stands at the fry station on his phone. My husband and I always have to wait at least 10 to 15 mins for someone to take our order while they just walk by and look at us. The only reason we have been going there is because chick fil a is not open. Hurry up chick fil a and get done with your remodel!!!
The service here is some of the worst I've ever had. Waiting 25 minutes in a fast food drive thru kind of defeats the purpose it was created for. Regardless if you're ready to order when you pull up to the speaker, they make you wait at least 5 minutes before they take your order. Forgotten side items, wrong cheeseburger, these are just a couple of things that routinely go wrong for me at this location. Generally they do an okay job but the times that they're off their game is very upsetting. And again, the drive thru service on a regular basis is absolutely unacceptable.
I absolutely can not stand ketchup and my sister and brother in law were nice enough to get me a sandwich on the way home from an errand. They told them no ketchup but light mayonnaise and when they got home and checked it, it had ketchup. No worries though!! A lovely lady named Katie fixed the issue and was very kind over the phone. With no hesitation she offered another combo ketchup free. The burger was delicious and had the perfect amount of mayonnaise.
