First off, we waited at the table for 10 minutes before anyone ever came over. There was literally one other table in the whole place.We get our food, and it's fine, I have no complaints about the food. The cook was awesome.I asked for jelly for my toast, because, well, plain toast is well, kinda plain. I said anything but mixed. And I asked for a coffee refill. 15 minutes later, she tossed 2 things of mixed jelly on the table. Um, that's the one thing I didn't ask for, and now my toast is ice cold. Thanks. But I finally got my coffee refill. The table that was there left and a new table came in after us. She spent most of her time with them, I guess she figured she'd get a better tip because there were a couple of more people at the table. We stood at the register for a good 5-7 minutes, with her at the register, and she didn't even acknowledge that we were there until the cook said something. We usually have such good experiences at this Waffle House, but tonight, it just plain sucked.
Decent food, but the waitress wasn't attentive. She didn't place our correct order, nor did she ask if we wanted refills. Also, multiple tables were empty, but dirty, so patrons had to wait for spots to be cleaned after entering the restaurant. Some waited nearly 10 minutes. We were about 5.
Great place to eat. Only problem is they have half of the restaurant closed off which makes for long waiting if the bar & 3 tables are taken.
I have to make a trip to middle Tennessee every few months for my doctor appointment and usually stop in this Waffle House and always get excellent service....that's why we keep returning.May God Bless your business during these trying times.??
My Waitress Miss Kennedy was Amazing. At the time I went in I was not having a good morning at all. Miss Kennedy was so Joyful Professional and Kind. My order was Cooked perfectly(Thank you to the Cook?? an older woman)I also placed 2 orders to take home. I left Waffle House in such a good mood and felt very Blessed I had two Amazing women turn my ugly morning into a Beautiful day?I made sure that I tipped both Miss Kennedy whom waited on my and the Cook. Highly Recommended, look for Miss Kennedy because she is Amazing and will Brighten your day and leave you Smiling?
Very pleasant smooth no rush easy on my stress level.. Professional Cook and server they both had great personalities and attitudes with a great sense of humor but what kind of their job they took it seriously and got everything right at 100%
3/6/22This is possibly the worst waffle house ever. eggs are supposed to be yellow and fluffy not orange and hard. My waffle was visibly burnt and they still served it to me. When I asked for another one because I told her it was hard, she stated because you waited to long to eat it!!!! They served me grits that was soo bad that it had took the shape of the bowl it came in, but I didnt have to ask for a new bowl because the waitress noticed it.A good server makes sure the food quality is awesome before putting the food in front of the customer.This waffle house gets even worse after each visit and this is my last time at this one. I’d rather drive to the one on bell road.
Ok, so I get the supply chain crisis, but this is ridiculous! They gave us a paper menu with like 10 items they can make and serve. It's sad when our Government fails our Country, but it's the business that suffer from things like this. Our server was super sweet, but I will not go back there again.
The line guy manning the restaurant was a delight. Promised that I would get the best WH omelette I’d had and he was right.
Consistent. Kennedy was an awesome server!
