I love toots. Kids eat free, which really helps the pocket. Food is always great, as well as the service. Lance was our server on a party of 10. He did an amazing job and kept a smile the whole time.

Ugh!!!! not sure how this place have 4.9 rating. First time visiting and my last time. Ordered the catfish platter and it was cold as ice. The server assured me the fish would be a nice size but ended up like nuggets. The hotdogs were not pure beef. They looked cheap and disgusting. Probably the cheapest quality of meat they could come across. My appetizer never showed up before my main meal so I cancelled it. Just an atrocious meal and service. Will not waste my money or time visiting here again. For those rating 4 and 5 stars..bless your heart..you obviously don't know good food and quality. The sign on the restroom door say "real women" as to say no trans people allowed is how I interpreted. I'm a real female but for those who identity themselves as trans might be offended. Wow!!! Tacky choice of words.

Love coming for some wings and beer. Service can be hit or miss, but the food is always good. I prefer my wings extra crispy. Also I love the fried pickles there. Be sure to try nashville hot and napalm if you like some spice. If you're undecided the tri sampler is a great option.

Good food and a fun atmosphere make this restaurant a great place for hanging out with friends and family. Seems like half the menu is deep fried, but if you're into that you'll love the food. Sadly one of the catfish strips was still cold and turned me off the whole meal.

In our time here we saw our server three times in an hour. We (2 guests) we're waiting for an hour for our food, while 2 tables that came after us got their food and ate before ours hit our table. The good part is our food was hot, and they offer good portion sizes. I'd probably go back to the Murfreesboro location because of their menu, however Smyrna was underwhelming.

Waited 2 1/2 hrs for disappointing food. We ordered a nasty tricycle sampler appetizer which we showed management how bad it was. Then 2 chick-on-a stick platters. The chicken was beyond burned. So crunchy it hurt to eat. The steamed broccoli was never cooked either. All of this food was around $50 total. And a total restaurant nightmare. Never again...

Had a good time my husband and I ate her the first time he had the catfish platter he said was not good, but both times I have had the chicken finger platters that have been great. The margaritas are very good. The service was excellent.

Nice dinner with my mountain man.Attentive waitress and friendly staff. We had chicken on a stick and broccoli. Ruben with fruit plate.

Went in placed an order waited 1hr for my food to come out. Received my food and my order was wrong. Spoke to the manager, the manager told me that I would have to pay extra for what I ordered when the original waitress didn’t say a thing about paying extra. When they sent me the incorrect order. The manager proceeded to take my food off of the table, and told me that I would have to pay extra money for a mistake that they made. She also proceeded to tell me that I did not wait the time that I specifically seen due to the waitress asking me what time it was when the happy hour began. The manager had no care in the world that My family and I were waiting for over an hour. Customer service was terrible and she didn’t apologize for their mistake. she blamed her waitress and said she is new. While essentially telling me that I needed to pay for their mistake. I will never step foot in this toots location again.

The buffalo shrimp were fantastic. Great wings! Tried the fried pickles. 2 thumbs up. Also had the Bleu Cheese Burger. Excellent.
