I typically get the Reese’s PB protein shake. It is packed with protein and nutrition. If you like chocolate but don’t want all those extra calories, this is the way to go. Julia and Harley are always so nice. Fun to talk to also.

Harley and the other ladies here are awesome. Drinks are tasty and guilt free. Atmosphere is both clean and fun! Kid friendly section too so moms like me can sip and relax for a few minutes.

Just can't stop say good things about this place. I have been here several time and it is always a great experience. I have been greeted every time I visit. They make you feel welcome. They know how customers are supposed to be treated.
This is the best place to stop and get a healthy shake or an energy tea in Smyrna! The customer service is phenomenal and I look forward to stopping in! The girls that own the shop are the sweetest and they make everyone who walks in their doors feel welcomed! I tell everyone about this place because it’s so yummy and the friendly environment just can’t be beat!

Such a warm and welcoming environment with the best and most compassionate staff! The first time I went they were so informative and even helped me to my car with my order and little one. Second time there and I was greeted with such genuine positivity. Drinks are delicious! Love this place!
