I've gone over there twice now and they've refused service. I say they've refused service because anything I order , they're "out" of a core ingredient. Me being vegetarian my options are already limited so it's not like I'll be getting much. I work 2nd shift and never bring a lunch so I'm hungry by the time I get off. As for telling people you're "out", give it a break. Close or find a different line of work. This is ridiculous.
Came today got taco party Pac and 2 fiesta potatoes. Tacos were thrown together and cold with toppings on one side and not dispersed throughout. And got fiesta potoatos, these are my favorite item and sadly there were maybe 5 in the container covered in sour cream and cheese and they were super cold and all hard. I planned to feed some to my baby but that's a huge no. I only live 1 mile from here. Usually my food is good and hot but not today. -5 stars if I could.
Katie, Michael, and Cheryl were absolutely amazing. They were so fast and proficient with my huge order. They were beyond kind and personable to me. It truly meant the world. They even double checked my order to make sure it was right. I will be coming back to this location every single time! They all deserve recognition, and are prime examples of outstanding customer service.
Wiah I had gotten names but omg the best experience ever! Me and my friend came through about 1pm yesterday and my preggo self was craving nacho fries ? after the cursory search to kake sure thats what i wanted, i ordered the nacho fries box and the girl politely told me sorry but they didn't have nacho fries at the moment. ? heartbroken and a tad hormonal, my friend saw the tears welling in my eyes but I brushed them off telling myself it was OK I could get something else. She jokingly told the lady "sorry, thay news made a pregnant woman cry, we just need another minute." And the lady was so apologetic and felt really bad. Anyways, next thing I know, another voice comes over on the loud speaker and says "we have the fries it'll just take a little while to make if that's ok" fine by me! Happy again we complete our order and pull to the window. Not only did they give me extra fries for free, the manager with the pink hair discounted our order because she said she felt bad for making me cry! It was the most unexpected nicest experience I've ever had at any Taco Bell. But overall, I have to say my friend and I have been coming to this Taco bell for years and we have always had a great experience from the nicest people who work here !
Me and my boyfriends family’s order was completely wrong, I payed extra for chicken and I got beef. Then they tried saying my boyfriends mom canceled her order when I was holding the phone that clearly showed we didn’t. Then when we got back the food was absolutely disgusting. Never again.
I just pulled in at 12:30 am. I checked the time of closing which is posted as 1 am. They answer immediately and say they are closed at this time? ridiculous. fix your hours or don’t let your employees close early.
I love the friendly workers for the most part. There has been a few times when I went to get dinner on the way home from work, and was gold that I had to wait an Hour for them to re open for business, so I went elsewhere.
Went through the drive-through the worst experience of my life The orders were filled wrong and the food was cold and hard I will Never go back
This one is far different that the one on Sam Ridley, The staff here are amazing friendly and helpful. The one on Sam Ridley had an issue with respect, professionalism and maturity… high praise to the staff and management on Nissan Dr!! The manager here was appalled at the other ones actions and was very helpful.( Lisa was her name I believe)
