At first I thought they were closed all the outside, drive thru and menu lights was off I had to wait about 10 minutes when I pulled up to the window just to pay all the employees were by the drive thru gossipping.It took at least 10 minutes just to pay since they were so busy talking they had forgotten my drink so I had to ask for it and after all that I get home to realize my order was wrong.
Service was poor told me I was better off using the automated machine to order even though I had cash then told me it would be a while before I could order cause they were busy smh I went in so they wouldn't mess up my order then THEY MESSED UP MY ORDER! Had ordered extra tomatoes on my food paid for it too and get my food no tomatoes then I was asked 5 minutes after standing there what's wrong I said no there is no tomatoes on my order he say we out of tomatoes I told him they charged me extra he turn around and went back to making food like so what smh. Never Again will I go to this location ??
Worst place ever!!! Everytime I go my order is NEVER right. Ask for extra sauce and got no sauce at all. Very poor service and not friendly at all.
Worst Taco Bell I’ve ever had the disservice of dealing with. I wonder if more people than just me like spending $20+ on food and being told the order “never appeared in the system”? No refund, no remake of the order,….nothing. Just an “I’m sorry” and that’s it. Nice to have a fat “Dine In” sign on the door while having your dining room locked too. Really adds to the overall vibe of it being unorganized and nonchalant about their service. I’ll never be back and I’ll make sure everyone I knows never goes there either.
Ordered my food on the app and it said I could pick my food up inside the store. I got notification my food was ready and when I got to the store at 9:30, the store was closed but the drive thru was open. I still had to wait 15 minutes in the drive thru waiting for my food that was supposedly ready. Do better night crew.
Sometimes alittle busy and if they mess up always quick to fix the problem I understand it's fast pass and mistakes happen
The staff was friendly, my food was cooked fresh to order and the wings were perfectly seasoned and crispy on the outside, juicy, tender and flavorful in the inside. A bit too much fat for my liking but other than that they were delicious. They're a bit overpriced for the amount of fat on them but for the taste and crunch it average out. My 5 piece tax and all came to 7.01.
The food here is decent I would say. Taco Bell is something I can never rave about because it made a good impression on me food wise. It's just good for a fairly cheap, quick bite to eat. I usually always order from the Taco Bell on Lowry Street in Smyrna. I haven't tried the newer one that they recently built and put on Sam Ridley Pkwy. within the last year or maybe two. Hopefully the newer one will be better but I'm not going to get my hopes up. It's Taco Bell. Enough said lol !!
Don't ever eat here, I ordered soft tacos from there all the time but this location never again the soft shell tacos had mold in them y'all be safe eating this place needs a whole new management team ,new supplies they never have any meat or beans staff is rude as can be , this was so disgusting
Pulled up at 10pm and they were closed.Nobody was there except a dodge charger...which was a employee's it seems. Sign on door said drive thru was open. Not a soul there about 10 cars drove off
