They are still trying to run this store. But telling us we have to use the Giant Tablets to put in our orders. Will not bring me back. I ordered two meals with two small drinks. And still had to call someone from the kitchen to give me my cups. Then just a minute ago another customer went up to get a cup for his small child for water. Which isn’t on the Tablet menu. He had to interrupt her telling him to use the “Kiosk” to order ask for the cup.
Went to this location on Tuesday, May 31st. Arrived at 9:36PM and when getting to box, we were told that they were closed. I asked what time since the hours listed are 10pm, and was informed, “we stopped taking orders at 9:30”. If orders are no longer being taken after 9:30 PM, then the store hours need to be adjusted to match that time.
They closed early at 9:45pm when the google listing says they are open till 10:00pm. Very unprofessional, because they stood at the second window with the headset on while we waited 5 minutes to order without even telling us they were closed. I would have preferred them being upfront and telling us they were closing early rather than wasting my time.
Ms Michelle is awesome. She gets my order correct every time with my breakfast salsa. And, her nails are always fabulous.
They forgot my taco but when i mentioned it they apologized, and offered me free food along with the taco. The staff was seemingly new, and they corrected it quickly and effectively so i was not unhappy. Food was excellent.
I have such a mixed feeling about this particular location. It’s Taco Bell so no surprises there. They generally get my order right so no complaints there. It just seems like there is always some kind of problem when I go here. The drive thru is always slow, sometimes the lobby is closed so you have to use it. I went last week and they weren’t taking orders in the drive thru because the screen was messed up or something, so you had to come inside. I had two dogs with me and wasn’t going to do that so I told them I had already ordered in the app. They found it and had me come over to the lobby doors anyway. But this is the closest location to my house so if I want Taco Bell I have to come here. But is it really going to be better at any other TB location?
The most poorly ran Taco Bell ever. Always issues here. Either the computer system is down or there is a twenty minute wait to get food. Not sure how this place stays open with the complete incompetence from management. Don’t waste your time:
They messed up a special order burrito, but unlike so many fast food places, they caught the error, told us, asked us to pull around while they fixed it, and then when they brought us our order they threw in a couple extra tacos for free. They really went above and beyond, and of all the TBells we visit this one is almost always in point with everything, from service to food.
I love this location. Everyone here is so friendly and nice, and if I have a problem with the app they help out even if it's during a busier time. Plus the food always tastes really good.
2/10/2022My food was awful. I stopped in there on my way home for a quick lunch. Went through the drive through. I had asked for nachos and a crunch wrap.The nachos were awful, the beans they put on them looked like they were made weeks ago. The crunch wrap was good until I put the mild sauce on it that was ruined, tasted like vinegar so I couldn't eat it either. Some of the mild sauce that was given to me was nasty, it was like other packs had busted open and dried all over other packs. I do no recommend this Taco Bell to anyone. It appears they don't care what they give their customers. The Owners need to visit this store!!! I'm surprised the Health Department hasn't shut them down yet.
