went to get a sandwich on my lunch break. the touchscreen was not working properly so my order had a different sandwich than what i had asked for. i told them if they could just make it with the meat i had picked and everything else was fine. they got angry and told me they would have to throw it away. i asked if they would make my sandwich and they refused. Lazy owner would just recommend going to publix.
Have Bern there many times. Have gotten the wrong order at least twice including today. Teriyaki sauce instead of what I ordered. Made me feel ill.
The touch screen is a terrible idea considering the world wide pandemic. You have to use it too (that's what the worker said). I just drove away. Not worth the risk. Arby's was just fine.
Drive through use touch screen that did not work. Employee try to make customer feel stupid and was bothered to take order in person. He then struggled to take the order. The sales tax rate is nearly 10%, the second highest that I have ever seen. The wrap was good though
Just went to this location to get lunch for my mother and myself. I chose this location because it has a drive thru, long story short, they messed up my order. Our sandwiches were missing the toppings and the cheese. $25 is a lot to spend on 2 sandwiches with no toppings or cheese. Mom's sandwich was supposed to be steak and pepper jack cheese with southwest sauce spinach and banana peppers, mine was supposed to Be a pizza sub with bacon, extra pepperoni, pepper jack cheese, parmesan cheese, onions, olives, bell peppers and banana peppers. Neither sandwich had any of the toppings and mom's sandwich didn't have the sauce.
It was fresh and delicious.
