Best steak & shake burger i ever had. Fries were hot and crispy, burger was fresh. Cup of chili was delicious. Service was fast and efficient. I will definitely be back.
WOWW!!!! This place has changed so much and I love every bit of it!! I go to many restaurants? but this Steak ‘n Shake was very fun and respectful! I got this feeling like I was important and not just another stranger(which restaurants should be expected of).The food is BOMB, like y’all need to try it out now. The shakes are very nice and tasted exquisite! I also love how they cleaned the floors now and it was a much more clean environment than last year.To the short lady with long black hair thank you very much for being respectful and energetic with me!!You made my day?
Decent food. Floors were sticky. I don’t think this is the right model for this restaurant. Won’t be going back. Very basic. McDonald’s is better
Usually this place is very good, but I think it's just this location that smells bad like the floors and tables were cleaned with dirty water. The burgers were soooooo salty and if you ask for ranch it's a bout 2 drops in there. Lol true!! Like for only 4 dips n that's it. Now the burgers at the one of old fort in murfreesboro those are waaaaaaay better
This location is a newer Steak N Shake which is modeled much more in a fast food style service. Burgers are smaller than what you might get at the old style locations. An altogether different Steak N Shake experience here. Still tasty though.
Great service, just not the Steak and Shake that I used to love. The food was still good, but where's the pepper sauce that used to be on the tables? That was the best.
Very slow service. Took 30 min to get food. When it arrived, the fries and burgers were cold. 2 of the 3 meals were the wrong burger. At least the shakes tasted good
My daughter usually stops here after work.Always says the food is amazing …We went on Saturday evening and got food.The girl that took the order wasn’t nice and was disrespectful…We ordered 4 meals. So 4 drinks were needed. We were missing a cup and when we asked for one , she said we didn’t have another cup… that there were only 3…. When clearly we had just ordered and not even left the register yet and asked For the 4th one.She also didn’t want to hand us any ketchup when we asked for it.When we left though I’m assuming it was the manager , he was nice and acknowledged us leaving and said have a good night.Just the young girl was very rude. :-(
That cotton candy shake is... amazing. So good. And the frisko was also amazing and everything was fresh and didn't have a long wait plus a clean lobby
Ok! Have lived in Smyrna 16 years was excited for steak ‘n Shake to come here and tonight this is the milkshake that they thought I wanted and expected. Can’t understand what makes this experience so different than anything I’ve experienced in 20 years! I would assume that I won’t be coming back what say you?EDIT:the owner recognized me coming in tonight and explained that the method of making shakes had changed and brought me a free shake tonight while i sat inside to eat. this gesture means the world to me because he not only remembered the previous post, he recognized me from my profile pic (which is small but i really look just like it). that speaks volumes as to the character of the man and i applaud him for it and will always remember that gesture as STAND UP!!!! cheers sir!
