Well, they were all very nice BUT my flat white came out like a weak, wet latte with no microfoam and I doubt that I got my extra espresso shot. The dark roast with an added espresso shot came out weak too. Maybe something wrong with their equipment ?! Just disappointed and it’s not the first time. Cannot understand how it can differ so much between stores, and I’m talking nation wide; we travel all over the country and it’s unfortunately not the first time we have had this disappointing experience. The two stars simply because the people were very nice.
My daughter in law bought her favorite drink now. Strawberry water. She is expecting, so no coffee for awhile. She also got a drink with carmel in it for her husband. He loved that drink too. She went in to get it so it didn't take long. Great service in today's world.
Was glad to see a Starbucks come so close to us near Almaville Rd; however, sad to see the staff drop the ball on service with sooo many bad reviews on Google. I ordered a fruity drink for my daughter, and a pour-over decaf for me. My daughters came up, and I waited for my decaf. I noticed the girl that took my order, and was making my decaf left, I assume end of her shift. After some time, I had to ask someone to finish my decaf; of course it was not hot anymore after 25 minutes.
Seems like lately this Starbucks can't get it together either they're closed or the lobby's closed or the online ordering is turned off I drove all the way over the day after the snowstorm if the storm only to find it closed even though everything reads that it's open come on Starbucks can you do better than this? That is the Starbucks on Lee Victory.
My daughter and I placed our order at 2:06. We received one of our drinks at 2:28 and the other at 2:34. It was not crowded and they did not appear to be short-staffed. They did, however, seems solely focused on drive-thru the entire time, with the drive-thru line never stopping.Other customers inside were similarly frustrated, with some being vocal about it and the only response that the manager had was "We have a lot of drinks to make."Had I known that drive-thru customers were the only priority, I wouldn't have gone inside to order.
This place is always out of everything. No pumpkin, no white chocolate etc then you have to sit in line just to leave because of the drive thru! Terrible experience every time I try this location. Save yourself time and frustration, go to another location.
This Starbucks was amazing when it first opened. Now you sit in line for 30 minutes to get a watery (Bcs they aren’t steaming the milk properly, you don’t lay the wand in the milk to steam, that doesn’t make foam it just heats the milk up) burnt tasting latte (due to them roasting their espresso beans at a higher temp than they should) that isn’t even made properly most of the time and feels rushed. Really hate how downhill this store has gone.

We stop in this Starbucks on our way out of town. What should have taken 10-15 minutes took 30-40 minutes. My wife order on the mobile app. One drink and sandwich was ready on time, but we waited another 10-15 mins for the second. Needless to say the first drink and sandwich was cold. So we had to take those back in to get them remade. Thankfully the second drink was still hot. The young lady at the register did give my wife a $4 gift card for having to wait so long.
