always out of ingredients!
I placed a mobile order through the app and picked it up through the drive through. Both of my drinks were missing something, one was missing the caramel drizzle and the other was missing the almond milk for my iced coffee. The lady was nice and put the caramel drizzle on once i noticed. I didn’t notice i was missing the almond milk until i drove away. I went back to get a cup of almond milk and as a former starbucks barista I know that once a customer walks in the door your first priority is them. This lady that was working the front took about 2 minutes to even turn around to look at me from whatever she was doing, I proceeded to kindly ask her for a side of almond milk and she gave me the stank eye. She openes a new box of almond milk and pours it into the cup without shaking it. The “milk” was nothing but foggy water because the didn’t shake it. Was very disappointed. Like i said i used to work at starbucks and my store never treated customers like this.
I like Starbucks almost every time I stop by they are always out of deserts or protein meal snack. I took the grandkids here yesterday which was the 4/24/24/22 they were so disappointed they wanted brownie’s but they were out.
I don’t know why but this location is always, and I mean always, the slowest. And today I was running late and actually came inside because I try to never order here and not only did no one greet me but the front counter partner didn’t even acknowledge me for about five minutes. I had to actually get her attention and ask can I order now. And then when I ordered my drink which has oat milk the barista on hot bar had to almost be yelled at to make sure they had oat milk and she was within two feet of the cashier who was asking her. And more than once my order has been wrong or missing sweeteners, etc. C’mon get it together Starbucks.
Fast service, courteous! They always get my rather unique coffee order right! Every time!
First time at this location. Ordered my usual drink that I've ordered from Starbucks for the last 7 years, which includes added expresso shots. When I got my drink I could tell from just looking at it that it didn't have the added expresso shots I paid for, but I went ahead and tasted it just to be extra sure. Told the barista at the drive thru and she tried to argue with me about it but she reluctantly took the drink back and said they would add more. Then upon giving it back she tried to make it seem like they did me a favor by adding extra shots.
Went through the drive thru, and I'm from out of country so I'm not sure what's available. I asked for either oat or almond milk and was told they have the best oat milk, and indeed they do! Coffee was amazing and so was the individual I spoke with! :)
Sometimes they make ur order right . Sometimes they don’t . It’s always a 50/50 chance that’ll actually taste the same. Lately the service from the workers haven’t been up to par. I get y’all may run out of stuff but at least inform the customers first before taking their money !
Asked for a venti 140 degree non-fat quad latte. Received a grande extra hot quad latte. Also, asked for a tall regular coffee with a little ice in it. Received an ice coffee. 100% incorrect order. BTW, repeated it. Still wrong. It's gotten to the point that when I go to Starbucks, I am just going to ask them what they want me to have, instead of placing an order.
