went there on mother's day 2022 and waited over 20 minutes. Apparently there was only 1 car hop running orders. I didn't understand why management or inside girls/ guys helping out that 1 carhop. Not very professional. I canceled the order

Always a good experience. Ordering from the app is the way to go, I just wish I could tip the workers from the app as well.
Im so angry because we just ordered 50.00 of food from our Sonic on Almaville Rd. The order was all messed up and it's suppose to be 1/2 price cheeseburger night but they charged us 4.59 for a cheeseburger when the menu price is 3.89. Very Disappointed ? ?
Sonic gets a 5 star from me because they have the best Onoin Rings and Shakes around, especially their Strawberry Shake❤ I have never been disappointed at Sonic!!!
On multiple occasions now, when paying with cash in the drive-through, I don't get change back. . Even if it's just a penny, that adds up at the end of the day if it's done to everyone who pays cash. I've called about this issue before and sadly it's still a problem.
Workers are extremely rude and inattentive. Had to request the same thing 3 times (which should have been included in my order in the first place), it was never brought out to me finally flagged down a car hop who got it for me..slowly but eventually. And no it was not busy!
I need this Sonic to please listen and understand how I want my order.
This is the only sonic I order at anymore. The food is fresher, service is quick, and the facility is ran better than any Sonic I've been to.
They close at random times and when they are open get my order wrong and leave items out. So sick of this sonic
