I ordered it online and I checked in as soon as I got there. Have to wait over 10 mins and it said my food is on the way. I have 30 mins break from work so I call them and said the food is on the way. They don’t apologize for the wait. They just told me it’s on the way which I have to wait another 10 mins and I have to be back at work in 5 mins so I told them I don’t have time to eat anymore so I just want refund and they said they can’t and bring me my food. The drink is already melt and the food is mess up and the bread is so soggy. It’s look so disgusting. So I just throw all of them away. Still no apologies from them. I been to sonic a lot but this is the worst one. If I can give zero star I will.
We arrived and was told we needed to go through the drive through. They are understaffed. We went through the drive through, they didn't give us a double cheeseburger and tater tots. We went to a stall and advised we were missing items. A young lady came out said she would be right back. Twenty minutes later we noticed all the lights got turned off. We pushed the button again and the young lady advised they were closed. We reminded her someone came out due to us missing items. She said hold on. Came back said she was sorry they would be right out. It was another 10-15 minutes later. Worst service we have ever had. I understand being understaffed, but this was a 45 minute wait and we were polite and understanding. Won't be returning.
Love thos location. As we got there at 7:55 am and the manager gladly took our order through the drive through and the breakfast sandwiches were pipping hot. On our way to tournament and not alot open early for breakfast. Appreciate the service.
Service was horrible! They got my order wrong even after verifying it twice. Thought they might have been short staffed. But there were 10 people minimum in the building. It was lunchtime and they had very few cars there. Now I know why it's the service!
After a malfunction of their app, the local team made the pricing right. The food still managed to be cold, but they really tried to be awesome, so thank you for that.
I gave 4 stars because I used a 1/2 off deal for the bacon on bacon burger and got... NO BACON. And it was cold, cheese was just slapped on. Customer service fixed and gave the coupon back. On the upside, service was quick and friendly.
Food was not good, can’t get a burger and tots right. Not a good sign for me and anyone I know. Date of service 2-25-22 person taking order seemed like he was missing a party somewhere. I guess Karen’s kustard in Smyrna tn is the only place left you can get what you pay for!! And why does sonic always ask the person that is leaving a review if they won’t something done about there bad experience they can call 1-800 sorry-about your luck, you should not ask someone that just left you a bad review to do more, do your job as well maybe that’s why the people at these locations are not doing there jobs,, Management
Just got 2 cheeseburgers ( no cheese ) chili frito wraps were cold. The buns were stale. The best part of the order were the peppermint.Will never go back.
Quick fast an convenient!Loved the Corn dogs! They were cooked in fresh oil an my cheese sticks were too. Oh...hey that Strawberry Cheese cake Shake wooooweee make ya wanna slap ya Wifey ????? just kidding enjoy!!
