Meant to rate 4, not 3.1 of 3 items was wrong, Im sure they would have corrected it if I didn't mention it because the error in flavor ordered/flavor made was still going to be a tasty treat so there was no real complaint.Next order, a few days later, got a right product, wrong (bigger) size. Mentioned it, but also told the food runner, who was very pleasant, that it was no biggie. (Because it was the size delivered on the reciept, meaning had I paid attention to the screen during ordering I would have caught it)The quality of our items have been excellent both trips.If there was a 4.5 I'd rate that, I just can't give 5 stars with 2 errors in 2 orders, but I will definitely be back and recommend to others.
Never have I had problems with Sonic, no matter which one I've gone to. With that being said, today was different. Went to the one on Nissan Dr and had a rather large order. We are a family of 4. Anyways, placed the order and when the girl brought it out I asked her which shake was which (they really need to label) one we couldn't figure out what it was, should have been chocolate-definitely was not, so said let me remake it. Cool. Waited 15 minutes before calling them back, food is getting cold by now, called back told the girl (different one) that I was waiting for a chocolate shake, ok be right out, 10 minutes later still no shake, I just leave with what we had. Food was good not hot cause I waited so long for a chocolate shake that my son never got.
After an hour of waiting they got my order wrong and when I asked them to fix it they seriously scraped the stuff that I didn't want off the burger and handed it back to me within seconds. I can tell because the bun was still soggy from the lettuce they scraped off. They just slapped two pieces of cold cheese on it like I didn't just pay money for freshly cooked unscraped food. Y'all give sonic a bad name. ? Stop hiring so many kids that only care about hanging with their friends and get some real adult help in there to manage them!!!!
Went to drive thur the girl sounded high and I had to keep repeating my order so she can get it right then finally got my food and It was still wrong. It’s so many teens working there that there not taking there job serious. They was all playing around inside and outside. I feel like if your not going to take your job serious you don’t need to work there.
Great Customer Service and great food
Sonic is not what it used to be. The location doesn't matter. The food quality is still there but the service has gone to the typical status.
Food poisoning MAIN lady of Sonic calling saying they'd checked Smyrna TN one my bff and I went too..Not the one on Sam Ridley near Eon Springs road...the other one...I've ALWAYS loved Sonic and would NEVER either of us Expect Anything Free but we both were SO SO sick the next day early morning...we weren't in anyway sick ..both felt great until helping me move to condo we stopped each getting a hamburger they were out of Patty Melts..going to get furniture the next morning my stomach kept cramping and my bff who NEVER ever throws up having to pull off interstate..she said OMG and I was like I'm pretty sure WE got food poisoning last night...it was SO OBVIOUS but Reporting just to let them KNOW they could have gotten bad meat trying to help warn..the young lady was very very sweet and passed along message to the Corp Woman who handles these matters . That she was RUDE from BEGINNING and I let her know .lady I called to help but you know what because of YOUR attitude we got Sicker than s....t how about you fly down and eat one....she tried telling UD that she had called That Sonic and they had told her they'd cooked over eight thousand hamburgers that day and asked can I send you a Coupon for your next visit .I've NEVER been a rude person to Servers anyone who deals with the Public .such hard work..but this Corp. woman NOT lady Soo rude Non caring and LIED about the right thousand hamburgers! On a Tues right thousand people would have NEVER found that Sonic! I still don't blame the employees but that Witch...as a joke we told her yes we wanted the Coupons and she NEVER ever sent them ..I wouldn't have donated to the Homeless as I do Alot if we'd gotten them...Caring Woman Executive over Customers having Food Poisoning.... NEGATIVE Million! NEVER ever again!
Sonic is Sonic. Going through the drive-thru gets a little tedious when you have to repeat your order. I'm sure they're noisy inside working and getting orders prepared. What I fail to understand is the simplicity. How easy it is for them to get a order mixed up. I know kids need jobs and I know they're going to college. And having a job to help pay for books and college is a good thing. Just like going to college do they have to pay attention.
The price on the menu is apparently just a suggestion. The menu said 7.29 I added jalapeños for .60 and up graded to Chilli cheese tots. At this point the screen said 8.89 but the receipt shows 9.89 before tax. Someone needs to fix this.
Forgot my sandwich by the time they brought it back out everything else was cold. Spent 45 dollars had a long wait and the food was not good ?♀️
