The store is clean the smoothies taste fine most of the time... But sometimes you just have to listen and or pay attention to your customers. They messed up my smoothie twice and overcharged me. I was able to get a refund on the extra charge but the time spent is gone and the quality of my smoothie was 2.5/5. When I went in to tell them my smoothie had chunks in it before I could finish explaining they were already making my new smoothie now that's fine, but they made the wrong smoothie the wrong flavor with the wrong ingredients.The second smoothie was very runny... I’ve been here a few times the past few months and it’s super consistent. I can’t relate to some of the negative reviews I read. It’s true no one wears a mask but that’s like Tennessee in general. Aside from that, it’s probably my new favorite location. Sadly, I just moved and am not near this store anymore. When I lived closer, I got about 2 smoothies a week and never had a bad one.
Honestly…garbage. I don’t get how one franchise can be good and another so bad. They sold me a large smoothie and when I asked them to dump it in a medium cup, it fit perfectly. Besides the rip off on the size, it really tasted very bad. Like really really bad. How do you blend fruit and it come out so badly?At least the staff was extremely unfriendly on top of all that. I will never return to any smoothie king. Jamba Juice is the way to go.

Walking in the store there are dead bugs in the corner. Sticky floors not something you want to see when wanting a healthy smoothie.
