DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY AT THIS SHITHOLE !! THEY ARE ALWAYS OUT OF FOOD AND NEVER GET YOUR RIGHT.
Horrible customer service at the drive thru window. The young lady was rude with an attitude. I believe customer service training should be provided. Also, I noticed after I got home that my biscuits were not included with my 10pc family meal.However, I do want to appreciate the nice gentleman who came from the back to inform me about an item that was not prepared at the time but he was kind enough to fix it. Thank him for that. Unfortunately I did not get his name.
We all got chicken sandwiches and chicken nuggets. Delicious! They are slow getting the order. I've been here before and they've messed up my order completely more than once and didn't give me chicken breast and gave me thighs instead but this time was good. So because of the slow service although they were nice oh, they were slow I took a star off. Past purchases may have been under another manager... I hope
I don't know what is about Popeyes that they are always sooooo slow in giving you your order even though you have order it within a very good head of time. Example you get there order my meal 10-15mind before I arrive to pick it up and they haven't even put it in a box! So I have to wait now for other customers toast are barely ordering their food inside the place and while I took the time to order ahead its not ready. They really have to work on there service. It's crazy. And the one located at memorial oh man don't get me started on that unprofessional, slow and very rude employees. ZERO STARS IF I COULD
First time eating Popeyes and probably the last time. These guys do not have it together gave me the wrong order, the person at the speaker taking the order was rude, didn't get the order correct and the food was disappointing. The tenders were as small or smaller than McDonald's chicken nuggets they were also 80% to 90% just batter with some chicken... For my first experience this was trash and the manager needs to fix the store, won't try Popeyes again and after checking out the reviews these problems are known by management. 0/5 ?
?? I miss the old crew from 6 months ago. The last time I went they left out my popcorn shrimp. I had to drive back, get in the drive through lane to have my order replaced. The lady at the window was pleasant about it. But I ended up not even finishing the food. The chicken no longer has flavor and has messed up our stomachs lately. We will probably travel to Murfreesboro next time.
This has to be one of the worst locations I've ever been to food seems like it's been sitting for a while before they give it to you, you have to repeat yourself like 10 times and they still get part of your order wrong. These kids they got working in here need more training or just need to get replaced altogether. This is the last time I come to this Popeyes.
This place needs new people that are actually capable of listening and getting a order correct. The last three times we came here it's a long wait and the order is never correct. This is the 3rd time they gave us regular chicken instead of strips when they even repeated it correctly when I told them but seem to just put want they want in the box. I don't like leaving negative reviews but this is unnexceptable for the wrong iterm, long wait, and over priced food. We want be back.
If you don't open that dinning room they will shut down this store. You will all be out of a job. Stop being lazy. I used to love going to Popeyes. But they are a bunch of lovers working there now. They said 5 to 6 people isn't enough ro run the place. I can do it with 3. Grow up and stop being lazy.
I'm convinced the people running this restaurant have no interest in customer service or quality. Avoid if you want fresh food or friendly, appreciated customer service.
